He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I selected, answering all the questions I had and making sure to research an answer if it was something he did not know for certain.

* READ THIS * So, this is my first time ever purchasing a vehicle without actually putting my hands on it and seeing it for myself, much less 2000 miles away. I traded in my 2014 GT500 with 2742 miles on it for a 2019 Shelby GT350 with 962 miles on it. From day one I was working with Tim and let me tell you his customer service and caring and understanding that I was so far away and he was honestly my eyes an ears meant everything. No matter when I called or texted he responded. I was never put on hold, never not had a message or call unreturned. If I asked Tim to check and see if the chin spoiler on the car was scratched, he literally laid on the floor and took pictures for me. He and his detail guy went over the car inch by inch to make sure there wasnt any damages or scratches we didnt know about. The process of my bank getting them the money took way longer for some reason than expected. Long enough that after 10 days we cancelled the check and overnighted a money order. At any time these guys could have sold this car out from underneath me, but didnt. IT DOESNT END HERE. During transport ladies and gents, the open car hauler my GT500 was on in route to their dealer was rear ended by another semi, separated the trailer and semi, flipped both, and all 9 cars burnt to the ground. Now this dealership was expecting to get a car that was in immaculate condition and make at least 8-10k with how the market is right now. With that being said, now they werent getting anything, and yet they STILL honored the sale. Still held on to the car for 13 days before they received the check. Told anybody and everybody that the car wasnt for sale. NEVER, NEVER have I had such a humbling experience with a car dealer and I literally have best friends I have bought cars for for myself and my wife over the past 10 yrs. Tims professionalism, trying to keep me calm and reassured they werent going to sell the car to someone else, to finally getting the new car shipped and delivered (BY A HIGHLY REPUTABLE ENCLOSED TRAILER) and the car being everything Tim assured me it was. Not a flaw, and Im totally in love with this car. Its perfect. Sorry this was such a long message but you guys needed to know just what Tim and this dealer did for me, and how well they took care of someone all the way in Tennessee. Tim, I wish there were more salesman like you. Keep up the amazing work. Youve got a true friend for life buddy.

I purchased a 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 from Private Collections Motors via the internet/phone. The process was quite easy, better than the last car I purchased online and by phone. Phil B. worked with me to get what I think was a fair deal for both of us, and had excellent communication throughout the process. The car arrived only a week after I paid, and it looked as good if not better than the pictures and descriptions from their site.There was a minor delay in my title being shipped, but Phil went out of his way on his vacation to still make sure it got sorted out quickly.These guys are the best, definitely dont hesitate if you are looking for a a luxury or sports car and are having the car shipped.

Early this Spring I was looking to visit the LA area with the intent of buying a recent year low mileage Maserati GranTurismo. Even after some delays with arranging shipping from Long Beach, Elliotts customer service was above and beyond the call of duty after the sale. This dealership is absolutely horrible. They placed a hard inquiry on my credit, agreed upon the purchase of a vehicle, sent me the purchase order and then when I contacted the salesperson about paying, I received no response and then the next day found out they sold the car to someone else. When I called and reported this, I was told a manager would contact me but to no surprise, no one reached out. Deceitful and unethical practices to say the least.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, DISHONEST, NON-RESPONSIVE...Avoid this dealership. I purchased a 2004 Porsche Turbo & traded in a 2004 Porsche Turbo with higher mileage in a transaction with their salesman, Ryan. I was VERY transparent with Ryan & took pictures of my car disclosing 2 issues: a small scratch (1-2” in length) on my car’s back right panel and a crack in the interior leather by the driver’s window. Ryan was appreciative, saying “that was fine”. I originally purchased my car from Park Place Motors, a very respected dealer in Bellevue. Ryan told me he knew the dealer as his mom had just purchased a car from them.I paid to have their car inspected with a shop they recommended (my mistake) & never received the report after repeated attempts. I did talk to the shops owner & was assured the car was “great”.My car had perfect wheel center caps & their car did not. Their car also has a 3-4” scratch on the back left panel. They did not disclose the scratch on their car. Ryan just repeatedly said, “perfect museum quality”. We agreed to swap my perfect center caps for their center caps that had the paint peeling. Not that big a deal but still an agreement. Next, how’s this for weird? After the agreement, Ryan emailed me EBay center caps listings with no text. I guess, implying to me to just go buy them on EBay?Anyway, Ryan shipped my car from WA to their dealership. I didn’t hear anything for about ten days. I was concerned since they now had my car and the difference I paid them for their car with lower mileage. They turned into ghosts. NO return calls from Ryan. After two more weeks, I got a call from Judith, didn’t know who she was & hadn’t ever talked to her. Judith asks for my banking information because she says she’s sending back my money. I ask, “why”? She doesn’t know why; could not tell me. Said she’d have my salesman call me. Guess what. Nope. Ryan did not call me. Another week goes by with me calling Ryan, repeatedly, no return calls. Not one. I finally got ahold of Ryan and he tells me they’re sending my car back to me, that it’s been repainted & they didn’t want it. Okay. I didn’t know that. Couldn’t they have communicated that with me?We negotiated a new price & continue with the deal & I send more money, a lot more money. I remind Ryan of the center caps to exchange before they ship their car. Ryan takes a video walkthrough of the car & states that NOTHING is wrong with their car, no scratches anywhere. He mentions again how it’s museum quality.After three weeks, my new car still hadn’t arrived. No responses from a Ryan when I repeatedly called to see why they had not shipped the car. No response, until the day they shipped it and Ryan left a message that it had shipped and was $200 extra to ship because they hadn’t been able to find someone to ship it and waiting had increased the cost. Guess who he expected to pay? Yep, me.Car arrived. Beautiful but w/ that big scratch and the paint pealing center caps. I called Ryan & left multiple messages until I got him & was told they wouldn’t pick up the extra shipping cost & that I had the report on the scratch. Wrong. Remember, I never got a copy of the inspection from their recommendation (again my mistake). Told Ryan at that point, I would do what I am doing now & write a review. Ryan could have agreed they should have communicated about shipping costs & disclosed the VERY large scratch that made it NOT “museum quality.” But no, nothing.Here’s where I REALLY get upset. This dealership & their “salesman” decide to NOT send the Title. Hence I can’t get my car registered for TWO months!!!! I have a car that I can’t drive. The DMV tells me, until I have a Title, no tabs. I call Judith repeatedly. She tells me that she’ll get back to me that day & she never returned a call. Ryan didn’t return one call when they were holding my title. I believe they held the Title because I told Ryan I was going to write this review.Finally, received Title. Got tabs. Love my car & never have to deal with them again. EVER.

Extremely frustrated with this place. This is my opinion but give your business to someone you can trust.. Many small issues happened.But there is one as a consumer you wont believe someone would do that. It is IMPRESSIVE!!! Bought a Tesla there. Didnt know much about the car but really thought it would come with a charger. Well it didnt. Got there Monday night then they send me home with a link to buy my own. Bought right away trusting it was the right one because where I live there are not chargers. Excited to get the charger, when it arrived Thursday night was not comparable to Tesla. Contacted the business to let them know because at this point I could not drive the car. I was told a Tesla charger (every Tesla comes with a charger) would be mailed to me in a very rude way. Then Saturday comes I was told I would not receive a charger anymore. The owner even sent me a picture showing the charger and saying look at the charger you wont be receiving Who does that? Pretends will mail u a charger, creates a label then cancels the label??? Any other business would want to help solve the problems. If I knew I would not get a charger I definitely would not have bought from there. There are NO chargers close to my house. Who sends home a lady without a charger knowing I drive about 100 miles a day and depends on the charger to go to work. I really dont know why someone would do that!Worst place I have ever dealt with. Even contacted better business bureau. You better STAY AWAY from them. Give your business to someone you can trust if something goes with your car. The Tesla I purchased there has many many issues. Be careful!!

My friend recently purchased a beautiful Tesla here. I was blown away by how cool and helpful everyone was even though the place was wall to wall collectable, high end cars. They have a few S class Mercedes that were very very reasonably priced too. So much to look at. Absolutely worth checking out.

Im not sure these guys actually want to sell cars. I came in on the Lexus IS300 listed at $16,888 .already extremely overpriced. 15 year old Lexus does not hold nearly 60% of original value... I dont care how rare it is. At any rate, I gave a fair offer and apparently they overpaid for the car because Ryan & his unnamed mgr did not allow for any reasonable negotiation. They came back with $16k. Way too far apart on price, so I left and bought the same car (I thought they were rare and impossible to find??) closer to home and with an impeccable maintenance history. Oh and 1 owner as well. At any rate, dont expect them to negotiate or be reasonable on price and maybe you wont leave disappointed like I did. If youre trying to buy a used car, go somewhere that wants your business and will work for it.Also, Ryan never responded to my follow-up text prompting further negotiation. Like I said, they dont want to sell cars here. Maybe they should just turn it into an exotic car museum and charge an entry fee. Lol.

Was sold a lemon Porsche Boxster that was falsely represented, and want to warn you all from buying from this shady dealer. I bought a Boxster from here and during the test drive felt the manual transmission had some issues but was assured it was nothing to worry about, and plus the car supposedly had a warranty so even if it had an issue it could get fixed. Unfortunately, barely a week later the transmission did in fact fail as I feared (my worst fear is buying a used car and having it fail right away). I went to a nearby Porsche shop, had to pay over $2000 to fix it, and the warranty did not cover it! This was just a week after buying it! I called Private Collection to see if they would help fix the situation and they refused to help in any way, claiming a failed transmission barely a week after buying is normal wear and tear. Let this be a warning to all that this place is super shady, and in my opinion, a scam dealer. Any reputable dealer would at least pay for half a repair like this when a car has a major failure only a week after buying it. There are so many places to find good used cars, its just not worth it to take a risk going to a place like this. - Chris.

Excellent Experience!!! I purchase my BMW with Private Collection Motors. I am located in the mid west, so calling from thousands of miles away i was a bit hesitate to purchase. That all changed once i called PCM, they were very helpful. I was working with Ashley, she was awesome , being miles away, and being really picky, She made me feel so comfortable, she sent me pictures of anything i needed to know about my BMW. I know these are used cars and didnt expect perfect. But still wanted honest description of the car. Sure enough, when i received the vehicle, i went over the car with a fine comb. A lot. Nick is a pro and was heads above all of them. He is no-nonsense, and doesnt put you to sleep with schmoozie and scripted discussions. Best selection of clean low mile Teslas in Southern California, by a large margin. Arber is a funny guy, that’s great to work with. Actually everyone was great. Very competitively priced too. Lots of beautiful cars, everything from collectibles to like new Rolls Royces. I was looking for a Tesla though. They had easily the best deals in town. Not just on one, but several. It actually was almost overwhelming. Very down to earth and easy to work with. If your budget is 9k or 290k, they have a car for you.

I’m really really sorry for that. But let me explain,This 1 Star was for the customers service, not for the car at allI went to purchase a 650i black 2008 , car was very good condition and low mileage except a leack and touch up on the front bumper but the sales guy promised to fix it if I paid the full price. The interior super clean oh my god like new. Unfortunately there is a lady working there were very rude and talked to me like I’m coming to steal the car, I was trying to explain the car is over price regarding the year and Kelly blue book and she was arguing and giving me attitude. This can is 14/18 on Kelly blue book, but cause its super clean I offered 19k. And she was telling me no one uses kbb its just guide lol

After a dismal experience at another used luxury vehicle dealer in Southern California I was delighted to find Kam at Private Collection Motors. I was apprehensive as I had been looking for a specific year of Land Rover and I knew exactly what I wanted. I found the one. Kam was fantastic to work with even purchasing from afar. He walked me around the car, gave me all the details as far as previous maintenance, and took it to a nearby Porsche specialist for a PPI.So far, more than I have ever experienced in years of buying cars, let alone, when not being able to inspect it in person.Based on this I made a realistic offer and it was a done deal - no BS salesman strategies, no games of back and forth...just simple and straight forward without pushy, nonsense arguments to why the price should be higher.Kam sent me an UPS overnight with all the paperwork to sign with a return slip. Every single paper was labelled and the parts I needed to sign were highlighted. Great stuff!!!When my bank screwed up big time the next day...and Kam did not get his money for another week - No problem either! Even took his time to go on several conference calls with myself and the bank to figure it all out...The funds finally made it there and I had to get the car back to Atlanta. Once again Kam told me not to worry about shipping and that he would organized everything for me...and while I had gotten some quotes myself, my cheapest one was 200 USD more than his. Also, most shippers will required 48hrs to pick up the car..with Kams guy, the vehicle was up on a truck the very same day and on its way to Atlanta. WOW!! The guy keeps outdoing himself!!Car got here safe and sound in 5 days (basically 3 days before the actual date that was scheduled).Finally at home, and ready to register, I needed an additional piece of paperwork from Private Collection otherwise Georgia DMV could not title the car. Kam did another overnight and next days I had plates on the car. He texted all throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase once I got to drive the car.Car is excellent...have not gotten to drive it much unfortunately, but took it out for a short 100 mile cross country ride. Could not be happier!!Once it is time to buy another vehicle, Private Collection Motors is definitely the first and only place I will be looking at. In this life full of little drams, Kam and his team really keep things into proportion and provide a personalized service that is unique, rare, and very special!!I would recommend them to anyone!!
