Took care of all our tax problems very happy

I noticed another review where Rosario C Gabe a one star review because John failed to submit her tax returns. I found that very strange that John failed to submit her tax returns. Every time we have gone to John, he submits our documentation digitally as we are sitting there. He’s done this for years now. The one instance he didn’t submit digitally was when I required additional documents and he had me email him a signed document. Again this was all on me and John has never failed to submit anything, so I will vouch for John in that regards. I feel perhaps it’s a phony review.Anyway, back to my review:We have been coming to John for several years now. By chance we found him and have not looked back since. He always devoted time and helps us with everything we have. He is extremely patient, easy going and never is condescending. A persons vibe and energy plays a big role and I have to say John has amazing energy. We always come in worried about our taxes and business documentation and end up leaving relieved. Pricing is very fair especially considering how John goes above and beyond for you. He gives great advice and we have never felt rushed or hurried. I admit I often go unprepared and John has always been patient with me and helped me throughout everything. I cannot day enough great things about John and his business.He also helped us open our first business and the process was seamless and very easy. I am glad we found John and we only hope the best in the future. Give him a try and you won’t look back!

My experience with John goes back 15-20 years when we were in business. He is always careful and cautious in providing advice and preparing monthly and tax reports. He is easy to talk to and he shows great understanding of your status in life.

Since you do not remember who I am, let me give you more details: You failed to submit my tax return to the IRS and caused me a fee of $1,700 which I am still paying on a monthly basis. When I called you about it you refused to take responsibility and finally you declined taking my calls.Do you remember my case now?

Tax Day was fast approaching, and I had a problem. I figured it would take me an entire day to find a CPA whod even pick up the phone.In my experience, CPAs during tax season --let alone, tax week-- are likely operating on very little sleep, lots of coffee and would not appreciate people waiting to the last minute to take care of some tax issue. I was proven right about that until I dialed the 6th CPA on my lengthy list: John Pulles, CPA...I needed some expert counsel and some tax preparation work for both personal and corporate matters. John, though busy, carved out time to work with me. He even communicated with me late at night. A business owner who keeps in communication with his firms clients ---personally--- earns 5-STARS right that moment in my world.Finally, because I am in the hills above Brea and La Habra, Costa Mesa is a bit of a drive for me, but John can work with his clients remotely by phone, text and e-mail. Dont let physical distance keep you from a real Orange County Treasure! Highly recommended.
