I fell into D&S when a friend told me about it - they were so nice and took care of my need quickly. My husband had just been telling me he met some really nice people when he got new tires “somewhere “- come to find out it was D&S too! Thank you Andy for your help and being so cool!!!!!

I came in for an oil change, Andy got me in & out quickly. They always answer the phone, they’re accurate on work time estimates, they do good work & the price is right. Great attitudes from all the staff & they didn’t try to sell me a Tri-shaft exhaust flange, flux capacitor, ventilation regulator, bumper valve or floor mat alignment.

The workers here are very nice. They aim to please their customers. When they tell you how long it will take to get your repair or oil change done they get it done within that time. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to car repair and maintenance.

Experienced a flat on the major street en route to the beach. They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them for service needs. Great job! Niel provided the best customer service and most importantly timely car repair. I was not sure what was wrong with my car, it had a strong toxic smell. Neil was able to identify and fix the problem ( brakes and a caliper) all within the same day in just a few hours without any advance notice. I was under a time crunch, stressed and he just made my day by providing, again, the best service. Also my dad ended up calling Neil to see what kind of repair they are doing and received detailed answer and assurance. I don’t know how I got so lucky, just of the yelp recommendation. These guys are great! I went in on Saturday at 4:30 thinking they closed at 6:00. They actually close a 5:00 on weekends, yet they still took my car in and stayed until all the work was done! I can’t think of too many other places who would do that! So appreciated!

From outta state.Needed air in my rears for my dually.They inspected and showed my that one of my inner tires was shredding.So I ordered a new one, and since I was getting low tread on the other side I got a second tire.They ordered me them and arrived next day.Nice peoe there (counter and garage).

Veteran run business! You can feel the integrity here and that’s a huge deal since mechanics can often be mistrusted. My dads a mechanic and I know he would LOVE this place. I was greeted even before I got through the door by a sweet man Neil who made me and my daughter feel like family. We got our oil changed quickly and while we were waiting they let me put a movie on for my daughter. Then they fixed a broken part of my car and put a screw in as a complimentary service! I feel like I’m at a friendly neighbors place here. Prices are very competitive and the service is amazing it. Cant beat it and highly recommend!!!

Been going here for a few years for oil changes and routine maintenance. The past few times the service hadn’t been so great. They have new staff in the front who are not as welcoming. Just had the oil changed and they didn’t go over any of the inspection findings or anything. They used to tell me the status of my inspection. Guess it’s time to look for a new shop.

They do a full inspection every time I bring my car in for my oil changes and honor the discounted price.They let me know what needs to be fixed and if I can’t afford everything at the time they let me know what’s most important to be fixed and what can be held off on. They also offer financing that is easy to set up and get approved for.

I really wanted to leave this review because of the great service I always receive at D and S tire solutions. At first I thought I had to go to the dealer but knew I would probably get ripped off. So I drove into the tire center and was met by friendly faces. They were quick and honest! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that in today’s world. These guys are good at everything they do thanks to them I have a new catalyst converter and a update in my tcm that my car dealership had to do for free if they didn’t tell me that I would have been screwed for a least a couple thousands. I haven’t had a hick up with them and it’s been a over two years of experience with these guys keep up the good work !!

I found them through Groupon for an oil change. They told me I needed other work done to my car, but weren’t pushy about it. I already knew of the issues, but just never got around to it. I ended up getting my car serviced through them. I was on a time crunch, so they let me drop off my car first thing the next morning because I didn’t have an appointment. I liked that they didn’t pressure me and weren’t “salesy” like most places. Everyone was very professional, had a great attitude, seemed like they wanted to be there, and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

They listen ! I took my Jeep to a well know Jeep place and asked for an alignment as I had new upgraded steering parts put on. The manufacture had special recommendations . The well know shop just blew me off and did not listen to my desires . So I went directly to DS as recommended by a local auto repair shop . Immediately Corey started listening and brought in a tech , they have been in great communication with me and have my complete trust !

Last Update:I wrote this review as a one-star about a month ago, when I faced issues explained below. Now Im changing it to a 5-star, since the store manager handled it very well. They dealt with the staff who caused the issue back then, and it was a relief to know that he no longer works there. They also replaced my car breaks due to squeaking and upgraded it from economy parts to premium with no fee. I appreciate how well the store manager handled things.Initial Review:Very rude and bad customer service.Also, the staff only gave part of my Groupon money back, which apparently they forgot to apply to my bill last time and I had to go to the store a second time only for that reason.Also, the staff in this store have an attitude that they always exaggerate what they did, and try to make it seem like they are actually charging you for less than what they should have. Dont get fooled by that!Last time when I asked them to check my car to see what went wrong with the service they charged me fore for about $1000, at the end, they showed me a bill of how much they work for just checking my car costed, by theyre too nice to not charge me for that amount!!!! They simply ignore the fact that first, it was an after-service issue, which I had paid for before, and second, it is their duty to check the car for free as a customer service, otherwise, how would they want to get customers? Probably by charging for only checking the status of the car and not doing an actual job, they earn enough money so they dont need to actually fix cars? Well that would be a dishonest and cheap way of making money!Adding this note after getting the reply in the comment from the staff: I hope the staff were doing a better job listening to me. The front desk lady told me she did apply the Groupon I had when she arranged the bill the first time I went to the store. That was not for getting to the $1000 limit for the credit card. Plus I had enough money in my bank account to afford that money all at once without having to make it a monthly payment. I explained that to the staff the second time, when I went to demand my Groupon money. Apparently, my Groupon was showing as Redeemed, since the store redeemed it the first time, while charging me for the whole price of the oil change on the bill, and there was no record in the store, showing that as a store credit on my record. So apparently it was a mistake in billing that they made. But when I went back and demanded My money, they try to make the position look like they are right and the customer is wrong, instead of being respectful and responsible for the mistake that they made. Im telling you people, expect no customer service from this store. They are only trying to take more money from you and make it look like they actually did you a favor. Big lie, they are actually playing a mind game with the customers to get more money!!!Also, I note that the Groupon money was $39.95 , and they only returned $39 to me, so they just kept the $0.95 for themselves, using the big lie I mentioned in the previous paragraph, claiming that they actually shouldnt have returned the $39 to me as well, which was VERY RUDE. Furthermore, when they checked the TPMS light for my car, I was concerned that the issue was caused by the clumsy service that they did the first time, thinking it might had not been working properly after all. Therefore, it should have been considered as a CUSTOMER SERVICE. And if there is not customer service, how is the store gonna find customers? So I answer the store manager: Checking what has gone wrong with my car, if there is a possibility it has anything to do with the service YOU Previously Did, is called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Instead, what the staff in this store do all the time, they put a price on every single customer service they do and make it look like they did the customer service for you for free. Guess what, customer service is supposed to be free. So youre not doing the customer any favor!

RUN AWAY ! ! ! I went for just a GROUPON oil change. I already spoke with mike over a year ago, and he didnt help/take repsonsibility, and I believe this business COST ME A CAR. Black haired/heavyset/older gent at the front was RUDE.Within about a month having my oil changed at D and S my car broke down and was found with no oil from another mechanic !!!!!!! We needed a whole new engine !!!!!! Never had a problem like that with my vehicle !!!!!! A terrible experience here, and I believe it cost me my Toyota Corolla, Im lucky to had upgraded to a new vehicle asap so I could care less, but ! Be weary everyone :)And yes Mike, I do have the right shop I came in maybe over a year ago , blue Toyota. I in fact live in the area. You blamed the issue on oil consumption I had even purchased new brakes that day.I was supposed to have had received synthetic oil, and within a month of my oil change and a grueling wait at your business, a mechanic found my vehicle to have no oil . And the engine was ruined.I think you guys might have cost me a car, and this post/my previous post might cost you some business. Honest, knowledgeable and helpful repair staff. They went out of their way to assess my car when it wouldnt shift gears to move in a parking lot nearby. It turns out that my wheels were pressed against the curb too hard and they were able to get it into gear even though I was prepared to have them tow it to their shop. They helped me when they could have made money fixing it. These guys are wonderful!

Brought my truck in bc I had a flat tire and I found this place bc it was the only place open - they are open earlier than any other shop in area... but I am so happy I found and went to these guys! Awesome company that helped me with choosing the best tires for my truck and I was amazed by Dave’s knowledge about what would be best for my vehicle and type of use on my vehicle (for work and for travel) - great work!

Took my car for oil change and tire low pressure sensor displayed on dashboardI was told I had a flat a tire and was the reason of the sensor warning so I gave the ok yo fix it.After work done, warning did not go away.Drove my vehicle for about 100 miles and still, but my car is new.Cant complaint about customer service or completed job but wondering if I really had a flat tire.

They charged my mom 2000 for a repair and when she got the car back it wasn’t running properly and instead of being responsible for their incorrect diagnostic they charged her another 2000 and threatened to not give car back when they charged her for something that didn’t need to be repaired to begin with.

The owner provides exceptional service and gave me a very quick and high quality oil change for a low locked in price. He is extremely friendly and has my business for life. He knows the meaning of good business and I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. I rarely write these but I felt the need to this time.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now, I started going because it was close to my home; I still go there for service now that I live 20 minutes away. Steve maintains a attitude that is both professional and personable. As a young woman it is very comforting to know these guys will not take advantage of my limited auto knowledge or urge me to spend more money than necessary. If you see a groupon for their services call the store and see if they will honor it without having to go through groupon, for the work they do they deserve every penny.

I went on a Sunday, so there were only few customers. Josh, at service desk was very hospitable with my 7mo old and wife. Finally he took me for a personal inspection of my car to describe all areas which required attention, how they affect the vehicle and got me price quotes for each. Very legit!

These guys are top notch. I got an oil change like 9 months ago and met Steve and Doug. They told me anytime I had any minor issues theyd take care of it no charge. True to their word, I have been there to get my emblem replaced and 4 (yes 4!) tire plugs at no charge mind you. The expert techs are friendly and their service is great. Just amazing I was on a trip from California low tire indicator came on this was the closest shop! but the most friendly shop I could have possibly ran into. Sergio multitasking helping me and another customer got us started, the tire was off within three minutes of arrival found out there is a nail in it Sergio came out to us when he was done with that customer and brought us in service excellent very professional even helped us that was a couple places to see while in town. From time arrival to time of leaving was under 10 minutes and continued on our way to dinner

Very honest and take great care of repeat customers. Replaced a tire for free since I had just purchased it from them, and then got a nail in it a week later. They were also willing to patch another tire for free since I was a prior customer. Ill continue to buy my tires from them due to the courtesy they have continually shown.

I believe these people cost me a car ! A blue Toyota Corolla ! Car BROKE DOWN and the engine was found with no oil from another mechanic with about a MONTH of getting our oil changed here ! ! Luckily we we had a new car to drive after the breakdown :) But still ! RUN !!! They took no responsibility for the breakdown.

Came in to fix and nail in my tire on busy Saturday. Very friendly and helpful staff fixed up in less than 30 minutes for free! Would not take any money. Apparently they handle everyone with courtesy and promptness in listening to other conversations while waiting. Will definitely go back.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation.Doug and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and very fair. The lobby was well stocked and comfortable and I was offered coffee and snacks multiple times. They even ordered pizza and offered me some, Im not talking some little Caesars pizza either... They were rocking that round table deep dish pizza. This is also a family owned establishment and it shows in the way they treated their customers. I found a GroupOn from this company stating I could have my front brakes removed and replaced for $69. I call to make an appointment and was advised there was no need to make the purchase through GroupOn because they would honor that price in person. When I arrived at 9:00 am the next day the gentleman stated that they had to inspect the brakes first. I told him the oil had been changed 2 days prior and that the brakes had also been inspected during that visit (thats how I found out my brakes needed replaced and the reason I was shopping for brake replacements). The guy dismissed what I told him and told me they would start working on my car. Over 2 hours pass and finally the same gentleman calls me to the desk to advise that I needed new rotors and a fluid flush/change. All of a sudden my new balance was close to $450!! I told the guy I was only interested in having the brake pads removed and replaced, and that all I was going to pay was the $69 that was advertised on Groupon. The guy then says ok and to have a seat your car will be ready soon. About 20 minutes later I get called back up to the desk, handed my keys, and advised to have a good day. I state that I still need to pay and the douche bag proceeds to tell me that theres no charge because nothing was done to my car! Basically I wasted 2 1/2 hours out of my day and was denied service all because I refused to pay $370 in unnecessary surcharges. Complete nonsense and honestly the most unprofessional customer service Ive ever been provided

Horrible. Took 4 hours for a simple oil change, I get in my car after waiting so long and making me almost late for work to find that now my check engine light is on... coincidence? And after talking with them on the phone they clearly had no respect for my time. Dont recommend. If you are going to be so busy let people know at the door to at least show you have some respect for their time and dont waste on you.

The staff is very friendly and they do good work. Cant deny that. The part that makes me leave this review is that they blatantly upsell and lied to me about potential problems in the future. It happened on two separate occasions. I brought one of my cars in and after they did the routine service as I was leaving they told me that my transmission fluid smelled and looked burnt. They recommended a flush and offered me a deal. I declined. Now Im no expert but I know a decent amount about cars and have worked on my own cars for years. I just no longer have a way to work on my cars unfortunately. I went home and checked the fluid after driving around for awhile and the fluid was as pink as could be and didnt smell burnt at all. Burnt fluid is dark red. The second time they did this is on my other car that I brought in for an oil change. They said everything looks good but that I need new tires because my current ones were down to the wear bar and he had a killer deal for me that day to get 4 new tires. I declined and when I recieved the papers and receipt for the car, the guy at the counter may have messed up because he accidentally gave me a inspection card and one of the employees wrote down... Upsell tires on it. Anyway I went home and checked the tires. Not one of my tires is even close to the wear bar. I knew this sounded weird cause the tires were not even a year old with maybe 8,000 miles. I understand the need to upsell but cmon man.

Ok processor. A little bit of the take advantage of the customers knowledge level of his or her particular problem. That could be a bit of a problem obviously and they didnt really do what I ask him to do and I ended up having my car hit while not moving sitting in the middle of their parking lot where they told me to be not super impressed. If youre just looking for something simple like an oil change avoid this place you will be happy that you did theyre not terrible though dont get me wrong theres a lot worse places out there!

Total chaos. Bought Groupons for 2 cars and ended up returning both. Even pulling into the parking lot and finding a place to put my car was a nightmare even after asking employees. Was told Id have to leave my car for over 4 hours, for a simple oil change. Good for them they are busy, but annoying they cant handle the traffic.

Ive had a great experience, now twice, at this Goodyear dealer/service store. The first time I visited them, I thought I needed 2 new tires – they saved me money and explained to me why I didnt need both. Since then, I continue to use their shop when I need tires as they are honest and do a great job - for a great price . Theyll even pick you up and take you home if youre close. Kudos to David and Doug

They took FOREVER!! They told me it would be a 2 hr wait for an oil change, I actually ended up waiting for 4 HOURS!! Come on guys! Poor efficiency here and Time is money! Its a great deal for an oil change but not such a great customer experience for it. Id rather do it myself next time! Will not recommend this place. They will waste your time. It looks like Valvoline is where its at for me from now on. Wouldnt mind paying a lil extra for a lil efficiency and better service. This place sucks.

Went in for a standard oil change. Was told it would be an hour to an hour and half wait. Thats fine no problem. Staff Member verified our phone to call when work was complete. Returned after 2 hours (and still hadnt recieved a phone call) we figured it was still being worked on. Sat in the lobby for work to be completed for another 30 minutes until we were finally acknowledged by a different staff member who told us our car was ready. Terrible service. A phone call would have been nice. Or even being acknowledged when we walked through the doors. The staff member that initally checked us in wasnt even busy doing anything. He was literally just sitting there staring off into space. Terrible customer service. But at least they DID do the oil change.

Doug was great! I got an oil change and a transmission flush. He told me it was really dirty, so they flushed it twice, and now my truck is shifting and driving smoother than ever. I recommend this shop, and will probably get tires there next time. Thanks Doug and Matthew!
