I’ve been to 2 stereo installers and the Lexus dealership to troubleshoot a blue tooth to cell phone problem with not one person having a clue what the problem is or what to do.I was referred by a friend to Rocco’s Auto Tech and grateful for it. Annie at the front desk is so professional and such a sweetheart. When I arrived, Joe spent about 30 minutes going through the settings to troubleshoot the problem, testing it over and over again until he felt confident that it was working properly. I just cant say enough about Roccos Auto Tech. This man is so passionate about what he does it was like watching a doctor work on sick patient. There were layers of problems that two other audio places could not fix. Needles to say after fixing and fine tuning my system sounds better then it ever has. I should have come here first.

I wish I found him few years earlier for my electronics works on my 2002 G500. This is the first year MB put G into America, and the electronic part is harder than 2003 and newer. He surely knows his professions and very skilled in Coding and Programming for MB, BMW and Porsche. I needed to upgrade my instrument cluster to a newer version and finally found the right person who can actually do it. I live in Las Vegas and I couldn’t find anyone who can work on it. He was nice enough not charging me since it’s not completely working. Therefore once I got the right stuff I’m going back to him for the rest of the tech work. You will know he’s very experienced and honest once you talk to him.
