John was responsible and professional. I had a washing machine that would stop mid cycle, and he saw the problem immediately, and had a quick fix for it. He only charged me for a service call. I was very happy with this outcome. He has a lot of knowledge and doesnt try to oversell you either, which is a big plus! I would definitely use him again.

Far and away the best appliance repairman of all time! John has saved me time and money so many times I have lost count. For example, he saved my Thanksgiving when my ovens ignitor went bad. Timing could not have been worse but John was there for me.
