EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I called A-one Plumbing for service needed in my laundry room. The customer service was superb from the very beginning. The women who took my call was friendly, informative and professional. (I wish I could recall her name)Shawn was at my home by 9:00 am and I was alerted that he would be there 20 minutes prior to his arrival.Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to inform me of ways to prevent further water damage and he fixed the issue I had at hand in a timely fashion.I highly recommend Shawn and his team at A-One Plumbing for any of you plumbing issues and or water softeners needs.A-One was the best choice from start to finish and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Google comes through again. I had a water heater that had died. I called a man who used to do this kind of thing for me. When he didnt return my call in 8 hours, I checked Yelp and picked two companies with high ratings. I called both. A-1 Plumbing was the only one who returned my call--in less than an hour. I have several google friends who rated them highly and I knew Id be in good hands.The next morning, a few minutes before 9 AM, Shawn was at the door ready to install the new water heater. We chatted while he did his work and he answered some questions I had about the new heater.He was very capable and did a quality installation! As of yet, neither of the other two ever returned calls. Thats really poor business.If you want to get yourself in some hot water--the legal kind--call A-1 Plumbing Youll be showering in hot water in no time at all.

Highly Recommend!!! Plumbing professionals for sure! Dave, the manager, was great and quick with scheduling a quote. Leo was awesome with calling ahead and making sure the time worked for me. When here I felt comfortable with the quote so luckily work could be done. While working, Anthony, was nice to let me watch and ask questions. He made it all look easy! However, I will not try to do it myself (Im not a plumber!) and definitely will call again when plumber needed. Thank you for being so professional all around!

Words cannot describe how awesome the team at A-One Plumbing is! Had a Slab leak near our shower, Plumber Shawn came out & did an Electronic Leak Detection, He was able to detect the broken copper line under our concrete flooring, Shawn went ahead and gave us cost up front to re-route the hot water line through the walls & ceiling, At completion Shawn cleaned up the work area, Work was performed to perfection, So happy with Shawns service, Would use again

We had a water leak in a bathroom that our handyman could not figure out. It was a minor leak, so it was not very visible and needed good plumbing experience.I called Costa A-one plumbing on Friday afternoon. They set up an appointment for the same day. By 4:30PM they were already there and gave me a quote which I approved over the phone. An hour later the work was all done. They replaced 2x valves under the sink and checked for leaks - none found. They left the bathroom clean and were also very friendly!They are my plumber for all future needs - I would recommend them highly!
