Terrible! They told me to bring my car in for an oil change the next day around noon when all the mechanics are there so I wont have to wait and when I got there the next day, there was only 1 mechanic and said I would have to wait an hour or so just to get started on it. Went to the Ford tire place in Newcomerstown and got right in.

Cheap oil change and theyre usually pretty fast.

I called a day ahead and checked to see if they had the tires I wanted and the guy said they did ..he said hed pull them and said come in at 1 the next day.well I get there, Im not entered in computer,and the tires werent pulled ..they were out so they said,long story short they had me get more expensive tires and took 2 hours .NEVER GO THERE AGAIN DURBINS OR COSHOCTON TIRE ARE BETTER.

They were a little slow and it wasnt any better tugging 5 grandsons along ages 1-14 I needed a tire plugged and I arrived minutes before closing but they were nice and went ahead and helped us.

Made an appointment for 8am. Pulled my truck in at 8:30. The guy did nothing but say how much he hated big tires, standard for my truck. After two hour he was still working on tire number three. Had another customer tell me that he usually goes to a different Walmart. Pretty sad.

We checked in at 3:23 on a Friday afternoon.. No call or appointment and was told it would be about 1 hour.. I said that will be fine.. We waited a little longer than a hour just to give them extra time. We went to go pick up the car and it was ALREADY DONE!! I looked at the paper work and they completed their work by 4:05pm!!! Two tires in 43mins!?? They are way better than the New Philiadelphia Walmart.. We will be back soon!! Thanks again for your awesome buisness!! And customer service!!

Best service I have ever had at this Walmart got for new tires in a half hour awesome job !!!

They do more then supposed to then expect you to pay them to do it

Tire center wont even answer the phone. Great way to lose customers.

Called to make an appointment for new tires. Walmart is walk in only- first come first serve. I was told there will be an hour wait. Got there, got in line first. Another guy came after me but was help first? I let the guy working know what happen, and he told me my wait is now 2 hours. What a wast of time. I went elsewhere.

Great service much better than Cambridge Walmart. They even washed my windshield.didnt have blades though.

Disgruntled employees, dont want to help you at all, seem annoyed every time im in there for anything. Other customers ive talked to about them say same thing

Just left and my hood popped up... They broke my hood latch!!! So mad! They also told me 40 minutes and it was almost an hour and a half.

I guess it depends on what kind of day the workers had. One time I stopped in at 6:40pm, I asked how long it would take to change one tire because I had a flat. The guys that are you serious we close at 7.
