The ladies in the guard house were super friendly and fast. The shipping guy was also friendly.I called at 430am and asked if I can come early for a 10am pickup. The lady on the phone was friendly and said yes.I arrived at 0610. A shift change had happened and it was a different lady. She was just as friendly checked in, checked trailer, she called the shipping office and they gave me door 10. I was loaded and gone within an hour. Easy back, fast loading. Loaded heavy but I was informed of the weight before theybstarted loading.Great place I will definitely pickup from here anytime.

15 hours. Outside contractor live load time.Others making comments are drop and hook KLLM company driver obviously. They are contracted with them. This place is horrible for live loads.Anyone other than contracted driver dropping and hooking trailers ... STAY AWAY

This place is in the middle of a small town. There is no truck parking in the street or directly near by. The guard has a slight attitude for no reason at all and it shows. They sign says you can arrive 12 hours before your appointment.****HINT***it doesnt mean youll be loaded or unloaded any sooner than your scheduled appointment time. Restroom located in white blue stripe building.

Overall decent. They had a power outage on our visit today 11-10-2020. That delayed somewhat, easy back in and keep doors shut facility. Not terrible. 3 stars because even after power back on and in a door it took over 4 hours to load.

That you can use South 2nd Street from either Direction all the way they will allow you to park up to 12 hours before your delivery more than likely will get you early like they did with me you cannot park there empty however the guard will direct you to a gravel lot that you can use or theres a McDonalds and a Wendys both have truck parking Pat I-77 and US 36 about 20 miles away

In at 1030 for a 1330 appointment. Assigned door at 1300, unload started 1320 out by 1400. Guard wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either. This is your typical Kraft facility. A million and one rules with lower than average freight rates.

They say you can arrive 12 hours before appointment but after you got unloaded you have immediately leave the property. Was unloaded 1 hour before my appointment. The nearest truck stop around 22 miles on US-36 and I-77 (Duke Travel Plaza).

Outstanding place to live drop. It is true they do offer overnight parking, provided you arrive there no earlier than 12 hours before your appointment... (And your appointment time is set by --Kraft-- not by your dispatcher; and definitely not by your broker; call ahead to see what your actual appointment time is.)I arrived for my 1830 appointment at 1730, checked in with the pleasant gentleman running security, and after all the pleasantries were exchanged; they got me in a door by 1745! (In case you havent been to a Kraft plant before, you should know that this is unheard of for a Kraft plant; most of the Kraft facilities use the appointment time as the letter of the law and will not get you in a door any earlier than THEIR appointment time...I was rolling after unloading completely and getting my paperwork... (Which, due to Covid is thrown in the back of the truck before backing in and retrieved from the back of the truck after unloading.) By 1915...The pleasant gentleman who was security guard for Kraft is local, and he e gave me directions to Tonys Bar there in Coshocton, there is a huge gravel lot across the street from the bar that allows truck parking!!You can find Tonys Bar on Google Maps quite easily and see that it is about a mile away from the Kraft plant. In case youre no good with Google maps; simply go left when exiting the plant entrance; take the first left city road that you come to; drive to the stop sign, turn right and watch to your left about a block down this road, you will see a smallish sign for Tonys Bar on the side of a building and to your right youll see a gigantic gravel lot! Easy peasy!Alas!! I am a teetotaler; so I cannot give you an opinion on any of the adult beverages on offer by Tonys Bar; though, Im sure they have all the usual drinks you may have come to know and love.

Nightmare delivery. Security guard said I wasnt allowed to leave but offered menu to over priced pizza place that delivered. I got out my bike and road right by him. Awoken at 3am for delivery after being there 12 plus hours. Then had to leave after delivery. In the middle of nowhere. No phone service.

Not an easy place to get too. They do let you come in 12 hours before your delivery appt. They get 2 stars because once your empty you have to leave regardless of your Hours of Service.

This place and the brokers blame each other for there idiocracy and its the drivers that pay the price. Dont come here unless your trailer is spotless, 2 load locks, and oh YEAH... my 2019 trailer had a nut on the back (2 months new) and they told me I had to go weld it. Broker gave me a 1230pm appt, got there at 1210pm, they said they wont load me until I get it welded and it would be the next day. 2019 new trailer.... not good enough for them. Before i even left they said that if I didnt they will find someone else to take the load. I was nothing but polite too. Kraft, this place is a joke and maybe you and the brokers could figure it out instead of wasting my time and money coming down here to the middle of nowhere.
