Very honest business!! I took my minivan in for brakes/rotors because I “knew” it was time for a replacement. Imagine my surprise when Coshocton Brake called me and said that both my brakes and rotors were in good shape and it was their recommendation NOT to replace at this time. Took my van in for a suspension check, found out it was more then what I thought it was. Quoted price was way less than what I would have expected for the work that needed done. I was able to break it down to what needed repaired to make the van safe to drive and bring it back later for the rest. Accidentally missed my first appointment but was able to reschedule as soon as possible with no problems. Parts and labor are incredibly excellent, highly recommend this shop and will be returning for my auto repair needs!

The staff was friendly and professional. The cost to repair my vehicle was reasonable and repairs were made in a timely manner.

Very professional experience. Originally the mechanics believed front struts were causing squeaking noise. After further investigation they determined that my struts were not an issue. They could have replaced my struts as per original estimate, but called me to tell me I did not need struts. I was overwhelmed by their honesty. It saved me over $400 by not replacing the struts. I will definitely be a regular customer and recommend them to all.
