Bug Zapper did a great job!As a small time Portland landlord, I can’t recommend them enough!!!At the beginning of this year, I bought a new property that had some problematic tenants. Fortunately, they moved out on their own, but when they did, they left furniture and garbage and BUGS. The haul away guys told me I had bedbugs there, so when I called Bug Zapper I expected a hefty bill with lots of treatments.The Bug Zapper tech told me it was actually only fleas! They did one treatment and all of the fleas vanished, but they are coming back today for a follow up to make sure. I’m so happy they had the integrity to only treat what was needed!I am so happy that I’m doing a general pest treatment around my own house because of some pesky silverfish that I’ve seen in my finished basement. I’ll let you know how it goes!!

Bug Zapper is fantastic! The office employees are very friendly and helpful. The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. We had a problem with mice that was expertly handled - Justin let us know where we had problem areas that mice could be entering from. We also had an issue with all kinds of spiders and bugs. Gary did a great job spraying the inside and the outside of the house and it works really well! I have nothing but great things to say about Bug Zapper and I highly recommend them. We have been customers for a few months now with no end in sight.

I have been dealing with ants for months now I have bought all kinds of stuff from the store and nothing worked. I friend recommend I call Bug Zapper She said she uses them and they always do a great job and are very professional. I called they came out the next day and did an excellent job! They even used a big brush to get down all the cobwebs around the out side of the house. That was an extra service I didnt expect but really appreciate! The technician told me they do that every bi monthly service. I am so happy I called not only did the ants get taken care of but so did the cobwebs! Thanks BUG ZAPPER!!

Excellent service! Process was professional and detailed. Jacob took our after hours call and set up a 6:30a.m. work order, and communicated by text/phone/email. Bradley arrived and he did a complete indoor/outdoor perimeter spray and set the Silver Level routine traps. These folks do not miss a beat! Even willing to come back again to do some areas inside that are not accesible due to furniture. Highly recommend this team.

This is the most AFFORDABLE, EFFECTIVE, and FRIENDLIEST pest control I have ever used. After moving into my new home, there was bugs everywhere and ever since they sprayed my house its been bug free! Definitely WORTH IT!

The wasps and ants were destroyed but spray went all over windows each time they come. What a mess! Will go with another company.
