This is a mix, Corvallis branch did not reattach our skid plate correctly which made it come of and hit something making our Air conditioner we just made sure was in perfect order before taking a potentially dangerous trip during a heat wave stop functioning. Because of this we spent 3 hours with a small child in a car without any AC in which the typical temperature was 119 outside. Horrible trip. We went to the Coeur dAlene location as sent by their 800 number and explained what happened. They saw the issue apologized and took care of us. The staff bent over backwards gave us water, a cool place to stand, and stayed late to help. Outstanding job and we appreciate those guys a ton. We will never go to the Corvallis branch again after they replace the plate they destroyed and feel we should consider take legal action. We took extreme steps to ensure we would be covered and because they did not take time to finish right we all got extremely dehydrated and sick ruining the trip. Corvallis location 0 stars, Coeur dAlene; all the stars. Have been a customer for over a decade. No longer.

Oil change is quick, oil quality is top notch, needless to say.Is it worth it? Well, it depends.100 dollar for full synthetic is expensive but if you do it yourself it’s 45 bucks for the oil, filter, etc, and you have to jack the car up yourself.My suggestion is, if you wanna save time and have a peace in mind, this is the place for you.But if you wanna pay less, go to jeffy blue, it’s about 70bucks, but you will have to wait 1-2hrs. While here, it’s just 30mins in and out

Ive always just done my own oil changes but moving into an apartment makes that a bit harder to do. So I went here to get the oil changed, and thankfully they do batteries too because mine was on its last legs and ended up dying while I was there.Beau was great to talk with and gave me a full rundown on the car without trying to pressure purchases on anything. His team was fast, coordinated, and worked like a well oiled machine. Happy to say that the car is running smoother and turns over like a charm. Without a doubt, Ill be coming back here for future maintenance.

I went in for an oil change on my 2018 Honda Civic. I usually pay around $50-$60. They had promptly finished my oil change and preceded to explain that it was $90. $90! I was confused because I never pay that much but paid it as people were behind me. I then found a coupon for $25 off the oil change which would make more sense for the price of the service and went back to apply the coupon to my visit. They had said they cant apply it after the fact but that is untrue and feels a bit scammy. They could have refunded the service then recharged me with the discounted price. I was not happy and they were not helpful.

On April 26 2021 not good service. First they lost a tube during the transmission service in the transmission fluid tube. The had to disassemble part of the engine to get the hose back. The whole thing took longer than an hour. I had to ask for a discount they didnt offer one first. Then it turned out, they screwed up the credit card charge. Instead of voiding the transaction they did the discount, voided it and reinstated it. So I got charged for both. Then on April 30 I called about the charge and got the central office, they called the manager and again they had the wrong information about the void. The central office then processed the void. We will see they have 72 business hours and I am going to dispute the charge. I would not go again and would not recommend anyone ever go there for any reason. Valvoline sucks hard!They said weeks ago they were going to send a coupon for a free oil change. Surprise , they didnt do that either.

Normally do my own oil, got a quote from their call center in KY for a price lower than I could do it myself. Arrived and was told price was not quoted correctly. Beau was extremely friendly and professional and we agreed on a price in between and they did quick and excellent service. Beau is the man and I feel confident knowing that my truck was done right with him around.

Good customer service. You get to stay in your car and watch what they are doing on split screen cameras which is super cool! Be prepared for them to try to get you to buy more than you come for but this is how they stay in business. Make sure and sign up for emails and you will get great coupons.

Valvoline is the best place to get your oil changes because you can sit in your vehicle with your dog.

I enjoy every time I pull in to this place for an oil change. They even showed me how to reset my oil change notification on my Honda. For an oil change establishment you will find a clean facility.

Love Valvoline. Every one Ive been to has had great service including this one. You can always find coupons in the mail or online. I felt like the team was doing a really great job at working together and getting people in and out in a timely manner for sure. Very professional and take the time to explain things. They filled the wiper fluid, checked the tire pressure, and showed me my nice clean oil and that it was at the fill line. Im stoked to hear that they offer transmission flush now as well. Great place to go for maintaining your ride.

I called in the morning and ask for a radiator flush then drove all the way out there from circle Blvd just to have the worker named beau tell me he called his manager and they refused to do it saying i needed to take it to a mechanic. Poor customer service and not very friendly

I had my air conditioning coolant charged. Very friendly. Fast service. Has a good warrenty also. On my other car it didnt stay charged and they fully refunded the amount.

It appears that an easy but major mistake was made on my car.A couple weeks ago my ABS light started coming on intermittently.Today my brakes started locking up on the highway. I took it to the nearest Les Schwab. After some confusion, they figured out there was power steering fluid (Or some other oily substance) in my brake fluid. The system wouldn’t drain properly. The rubber on the cap brake fluid was all deformed and flubbery.The seals were damaged and leaking as well.Since nobody has worked on my car at all since my last oil service (About a year ago) the only possibility I see is that the Valvoline oil change service topped off the brake fluid with the wrong fluid.All of the rubber components in the brake system are destroyed. Estimated $3000 repair.I would love to hear from the Valvoline team what sort of recourse I have. Stay tuned folks!

Over priced oil change for how long it took them to do it. And was time with 10 guys standing around not doing anything or doing very little. And trying to upsell us With a air filter change and a fuel treatment. I do not recommend coming here. Spent $90 on a oil change not including the filter or fuel treatment. The was also a charge for extra oil to be put in because they didnt put in enough the first time...

My dad works for Valvoline as a project supervisor and he has always told me how professional their oil change shops are and I felt like testing it out. I’m from Arizona but right now I’m in Oregon and I went in to a instant oil change and the service was like I was in a Nascar shop! They were very professional and did the job very efficiently and knew what they were doing! You have to try this out!

Good service, just priced a bit high. Used to get 20-point inspection when it was Oilcan Henrys for what I used to pay, but they only do like a 10 point check and barely review anything with you. Didnt check transmission fluid which they used to do every time. Didnt show me my before and after color of oil. Just said the work was done.

I like this place. This is my usual stop for basic oil changes. Theyre fast, typically have coupons on their website, and check all the little extras. Lights, fluids, tire pressure. They offer other services, but arent pushy about it.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will try to sell you on a lot of stuff you really dont need, but thats to be expected. Good experience!

Sub par service at best. Once it changed from oil can Henry the quality of work has drastically declined. They skip steps, they do not actually double check their work, I am even worried they put the wrong oil into my car. I noticed my air filter housing was not reattached, and they do not even fill up your wiper fluids anymore. I will go someplace else for the price I paid.

Ive always like this location, the people that work there are super friendly and get everyone through pretty quickly. Generally dont seem to suggest products that arent needed which I like.

Their NEW wait in line for a top-off policy stinks. It used to be that you could drive right up front and get topped off. This was simple and easy... and quick. Now, you have to drive around the back and WAIT in line with everyone else who is actually getting their oil changed. This could EASILY be a 40 minute wait (just for a quart of oil?). I was told that this new policy was based on safety concerns. What safety concerns? Thats just an excuse. That is a RIDICULOUS policy change and I implore you to boycott Oil Can Henrys and switch over to Jiffy Lube, where they do QUICK top-offs.

After a horrifying and very angry service at another quick lube shop. i went to oil can henrys in corvallis. the gentlemen there are very knowledgable. they informed me about many aspects of my truck that, after doing reasearch afterwards, found to be 100% accurate and completely enlightening. they do a phenominal job making sure i know whats going on and the prices are amazing for the service i get! i will be coming to them from now on

Oil leaks around the filter they installed. Took my car back 3 times. Every time instead of fixing the problem they just cleaned off the oil then put a wrench on the filter and told me that it was fixed. Time to find another shop.
