Clean building and machines. Easy to pay and used system.

One of the better, more convenient laundry places in Corvallis - in South town no less. There is a kiosk where you can get quarters, but also pay using card/cash. Each machine has its own QR code as well, allowing you to download an app, make an account, scan each machine, then adding them to a basket to pay for and start at your own pace. This feature is much like the kiosk but no need to remember the machine numbers. They also offer lockers but Im not sure how they work. There are a few folding tables, and everything seems to be looked after well. Though there isnt much to be offered in the vending machine, 7-eleven and Sharons are next door. Wish there was music and a sink for washing hands or seeing to small stains.

South Suds Laundromat, they only have one cart to put your clothes in, has two white girls and a Spanish man that cannot share the laundry cart , and the owner in there cleaning up, looks so scared to talk to people, when other people need laundry cart, the owner is only looking to make money the place is so run down, I will never come back here, I only come here once a month to do some work, at First South Suds was really nice to come to, now its disgusting, and I give it no stars, just disgusting, everybody should stop coming here and maybe somebody that really cares will buy it and make it better

Clean laundromat and plenty of space!

This places machine will destroy your clothes. I am 32 and have washed my own clothes for a while obviously. The clothes i washed i have washed at my house and other laundry mats. Yet at this one my clothes get destroyed?

The good, bad, and the ugly...They recently upgraded SOME of their dryers which is great for a few reasons...one, some of the old ones smelled bad, two they tended to over or under heat, and three, the new dryers work a hundred times better than the old ones. I really hope they invest in more of them as it really is hit or miss with the older ones and its so frustrating to spend money on an hour of dry time only to realize at the very end that the dryer never even heated--something that happens a lot with the older dryers. The washers are good quality, but half the time I go there (and I go there weekly) multiple washers are out of service. A lot of college kids use the place so between that and the often out of service washers, and the fact that they offer limited laundry services which means some of the machines will be taken up by employees washing things....machine availability can be dodgy. It is a small laundry place so they only have one mega washer, so anyone wanting to do a lot of blankets, etc, you are limited. They have two semi-mega washers and one mega dryer...all the rest are standard. The pricing on the washers and dryers are better than some of the others in town and they have the option of paying at a kiosk via debit or credit card for all your machines at once. The place is mostly clean, but if the air conditioning works, Ive never felt it...mostly they just leave on some very ineffectual fans and it gets pretty hot there mid day. There is a Circle K next to it which is great if you need a drink or something for the kids...but be careful, I have had items go missing and have often seen (what appears to be) homeless people walk in and snag any clothing not attended. Not the kind of place you can leave your stuff and go do other errands--security cameras or not. As long as you are prepared to stay around until your stuff is done, you should be fine though. There is also a small community bulletin board people can pin things to.

The cheapest laundromat in town, but by far the dirtiest. Theres a lot of homeless people who use this place, and it shows unfortunately. Ive been coming here for almost two years to do my laundry because anywhere else in town is easily an extra $15+, but they desperately need someone to do daily cleaning because its downright filthy majority of the time.

I ran a couple loads here as its closest to my home but I wont be doing it again, unfortunately. The loads when they came out of the wash werent even all the way wet. In both loads. I double checked and it wasnt as if my laundry got bunched up too much. The dryers were huge.

Better dryers

Best hours in town for those who work nights, but still on the daywalker side of things. The fact that theres a restroom that is only open when theres a staff member present, is annoying as all get out, especially since the reason is apparently to protect us all from the less fortunate & inconvenient homeless. Apparently Kindergarten curriculum no longer includes sharing & helping... Otherwise Gr8 suds.

While it is better than having to purchase a card to do laundry so many machines are out of order. The dryers do not dry well, unless you let them dry for longer than normal. The front doors do not stay open, so if it is warm in there it can be stifling. Regarding the staffing/bathroom issue, it is hard to imagine that paying someone to be there is not more cost effective than calling a plumber. Good customer service is part of being in business. Perhaps if there was somewhere there, you would have more business.

Super cool to be able to pay by card or with app on phone! Great that it is a staffed location. No problems with washers or dryers and clothes are clean.

Machines sometimes take your money without getting your clothes washed and theres no one around too give a refund.

Kiosk screen broken I had to go next door to Cirlce K to get quarters. Several of the washers were dirty inside. One of the dryers is making a funny noise that I used. I dont like coming here but its close to home.

Lots of people loitering, trash had a disposed diaper which made the whole place smell horrible. I liked the machines and the kiosk system, but not a great part of town at night.

Hot, dirty, and they have unpredictable dryers. Same setting and time. One so hot it burned me AND severely damaged a lot of my stuff. The other left me with still wet clothes! Many machines (too many) had signs that they were out of order, but not the ones I used. As a single mother barely getting by, this was a huge hit to me and added to an already stressful situation when all I wanted was clean clothes for my family. Unacceptable! Service your business and stop wasting peoples time and money!

Half the machines didnt take the quarters or half way through stopped, wasted about three dollars total because of it. Not very clean, hot, with no one around to help. Will not be coming back. Worst laundry mat Ive ever been too .

Love the fact that you can pay with a credit card.

There was no staff to be found. Literally half of the machines are broken. I couldnt find the wifi password anywhere. You have to pay to use the restroom. And the credit card machines are very unclear for first time users.

Payment setup is confusing. The payment machine activates the washers/dryers although the dryers take coins as well. Many of the dryers do not work, either they heat up not spinning, or do not heat up at all and spin.
