I had a session with Denise recently. With all that has been going on with COVID-19, things have been stressful and sometime overwhelming. Denise put me into such a deep state of Relaxation that when we were done, peace within my thoughts actually lasted for a couple days. I loved the feeling of warmth and support that I received. It felt like I had an instant friend who not only understood the emotions I was feeling but also truly wanted to help me work through them. I will do more sessions with Denise and highly encourage anyone who feels stressed, overwhelmed, pent up or just needs a few minutes from reality, to do the same.
