When I first got my hearing aids, the staff was nice and accommodating. But, during this Covid disaster, they only take patients by appointment. That worked the first time I needed them. The second time I needed them it took a bit more coaxing to get a response and an appointment. The third, and last time I contacted them, I heard nothing for a week and had to send a text to get any information. Once I got the appointment, the technician made an adjustment to one of my hearing aids because they didnt have the part I needed, but said that if the fix didnt work to just text and a new part would be ordered. After 7 days of no communication from them I texted them to find out if the part had been ordered or was in, and was told the part had been ordered. That was on 12/03/2020 and I have not heard from them yet. Pretty poor service in my opinion. I understand that we are in a health crisis, but, come on! Like I said, they were great to work with at the beginning. not so much now.It is now the first part of February and I have not heard from these people since early December, when I asked if a part had come in yet. They have not responded to my voice mail, email, or text. I will keep trying and report back.

Very likeable people but my aides from Dr Levitt never worked. I went to Dr Hodgson in Portland a surgeon and ear specialist he confirmed that they didnt work at all!This is after the State of Oregon spent aprx $6000 for them. I tried to take them back but they couldnt help me. The State of Oregon had to again purchase another very expensive set for me. It seems like once you get the aides you can get no further assistance. I was a first time user. Mary Fletcher

Ron Leavitt and his cooperative staff made getting my hearing aids easy. Ron is a Dr. of Audiology and his testing and measuring of my hearing loss was very scientific. They offer various brands at various price levels. The brands they offer are use tested locally. As a retired educator I give the clinic an A+

They are the most technological hearing center ,have the very latest to test hearing and get the correct hearing aid for you, very courteous and friendly staff, Drs. Are really interested in you as a patient and do not hurry through an exam plus it is easy to get an appointment a d they are ready to see you in any emergency.

Very quick to get in an appt. Good staff, got ear cleaning done with free additional diagnosis of my frequency loss.

I have been a client of the Corvallis since it first opened its doors many years ago. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by Dr. Leavitt and his staff. My hearing aid experience has always been extremely satisfactory.

He was very knowledgable abour other problems relating to hearing issues. I had been complaining about my ears being plugged up with wax and every year they were cleaned. He found that the wax was deep in my hear and vaccumed them out. I still need hearing aids but it was a relief.

Dr. Leavitt is the only audiologist (out of the many I consulted during the 27 years since I use hearing aids) who follows the Best Practices published by the American Academy of Audiology. He is extremly knowledgeable and doesnt mind to spend the time to explain in easy to understand terms test results and his recommendations. He is not in the business of just selling hearing aids, like all other audiologists that I consulted over the years. He is in the business of making sure that his patients get the best solution for their specific problems and that he enhances their hearing. He is highly educated and stays on top of the latest research, while also doing his own research. He shares his knowledge at monthly free meetings and at conferences. I am very impressed by his skills and his care. If you have a hearing problem, I suggest that you consult him.
