These guys are the worst. They have extraordinarily high fees, most of the agents have been there less than a year. Amerititle the worst title company in the state. You could literally use any other company and have better service and lower fees. They sat on our closing for months and in the end they wouldnt close because they discriminated against my special needs cousin. Seriously They are all related to each other, total nepotism / inbreeding going on.
