It is not a touch less car wash but the equipment appeared very well maintained and the hanging wash straps looked new. The staff was friendly and helpful. It moves your car through the wash automatically. No problems with the 21 inchers. Did a nice job quickly.

Ive been going here for a few years and really like having the option to buy multiple car washes in a discount package. Ive always encountered professionalism on the part of the employees and my car looks great afterward. I had an issue recently and the staff went above and beyond my expectations in dealing with it. I even received a call from the upper management, who was generous in resolving this.For the people complaining about items coming off their car: Anytime you enter an automated wash this is a risk. There is a clear warning regarding that. Ive several times had employees give me warnings about anything they feel looks iffy and at extra risk. I had a piece of gutter moulding that came loose every time I went through any automated car wash and I made a point of pulling over each time afterward to check that it was still attached. Unless you are paying people to do a hand wash, this is the price of automation and lower cost.

While this place does look professional it is not. Employees were nice and the equipment is nice but had a ton of bugs left on. Also over heard that employees arent allowed to put hands in pockets unless a certain temperature outside??? not to mention 9 bucks for the cheap wash? rather go to the wash on philomath where they actually prep your car and is cheaper not to mention a way better job

The greeter was rude but the guy guiding us in was super nice. We lost our spare tire cover in it and he actually flagged us down and brought it to us.

Good wash but didnt remove the green tape from our back windshield wiper.

The window seal of the back passenger Side door was blown/ripped off when my car was in drying process. My car is brand new. Kaady car wash says my seal was faulty and they were not to blame. DO NOT GET YOUR CAT WASHED BY THIS BUSINESS! Terrible customer service, follow up, and won’t take responsibility for sesl coming off inside their facility!

I knew this car was wasnt going to be well so i told the guy please soap some areas are very dirty, he was not very nice and did not want to understand what i am saying. anyways right after wash you cannot stop and look at your car because once you exit you are on the main street but i pulled over and looked at front of my car was really bad not washed well rest of the car was clean... for 11 bucks i wanted my car at least washed...

This is my spot!!! I was running a little late driving Uber and called them right before closing to ask if they would wait 3 minutes for me to get there which they did!!! The staff is always professional and friendly and the facility and equipment is always super clean and tidy!!! BEST CAR WASH IN MID-WILLAMETTE VALLEY!!!

$9 for a wash.... outrageous. They also do not pre-wash (scrub a bit by hand) like a lot of places do. Go to the carwash by Safeway on Philomath Blvd.

Gave it two shots, deeply scratched my car both times. Id recommend looking for a power washer carwash rather than a physical brush one like this.

Quick, cheap. I wish the attendants would be a little more informative about the damn thing that grabs your car. The attendant said stop and nothing else. Next thing I know my car was lifted 5-6 inches off the ground and then slammed down. The guy actually had the nerve to say why did you have your foot on the brake? The attendants should not assume that everyone has been to an auto car wash before and knows the procedure.

Late review, but the service we received is worthy of a review. The wash was great and right as we were exiting the wash their service rep noticed that our license plate was detaching. He said that he would call his manager and that they would take care of it. We pulled over, his manager stopped by. He quickly determined that we needed a plate frame and some bigger screws. He did ALL of this for us. If this isn’t great service, I don’t know what is! Wish we would have taken his name. Will definitely go back!

Outstanding service!! I rented a UHAUL 3/4 ton p/u, took it to a muddy dump & I drove it in so the MNGR could verify if it would go thru the wash & he helped unload my equipment & it came out great.

Ato car wash cleans 95% didnt get the dead animal on the underside of car.

Charged me $8.00. No wet wipe down. Car was still dripping when I left. Had to stop a block away and wipe the car down my self. Did not get a receipt. There were no free vacuums. Will not go there again. Rough washers and dryers. If you care for your car dont go here.

Car was dirty from camping trip. Dirt from the previous soft car system was left on vehicle despite being told their system is new and does a good job. I was told by manager they use a soft cloth system that barely touches the car. Apparently the system works if your car is dusty. If it is dirty, dont bother.

My car usually looks pretty good coming out of the wash here. If your grill is covered with bugs I would recommend taking your car to the self wash and doing a pre soak. Other than that this place dues a really good job really quick.

Employees at the time were very awkward and not very friendly except for one. No big deal.They screwed up my wheels. The guy directs me forward. Tells me to stop, I stop. They started moving the track before telling me to go into neutral and my car sunk down and the track damaged my wheels.And to top it off, it barely cleaned off the dirt on my car.If you REALLY care about your car, dont go to drive through car washes and dont come here. Use the self serve one down the road or do it at home.IF YOU REALLY WANNA KNOW HOW THIS PLACE OPERATES, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP.Its horrifying.

Well its pretty easy to explain why.... WHEN YOUR CLOSED BEFORE YOUR HOURS SAY YOU WILL BE CLOSED!!!! So done with this place as this isnt the first offense to this problem. Dont even have business hours if you wont follow them!

Car wash didnt clean off light dirt that I could rub off with my finger easily. Went through a second time and the car was still dirty. They pretended it was mold or a stain like its some excuse they can hide behind. Terrible car wash and they refused to refund.

I visit 3-4 times per week. Theres nothing like a klean kaddy karwash kar!

Aleays yhe fastest and most thorough carwash. Very attentive employees. The car wash made my license plates come off (my car is old) but Tyler the crew leader or manager made sure i got them back and he even installed new plate frames and hardware to make sure it couldnt happen again.Thanks again man.

My wife and I have run both our Highlander and our Lexus through their wash multiple times. It has always come out the other end beyond our drive thru carwash expectations. The staff are friendly, curtious and helpful. I have read some reviews about damaged vehicles and bugs that dont come off. The damage comments I am highly suspicious of and as far as the bugs, maybe they should wash their cars sooner rather than later. If they are going to them dry and get baked on, they have no one to blame but themselves. Bugs are hard on the paint job and dry rock hard. If I run into a bug problem (other than on the winswindsh) I will hose them off if Im not close to the carwash. Thanks for a great job guys 👍

Every time I go through the car wash my car does not completely get clean. Then they go and charge you extra money for more wipes their car wash didnt take off.

I was worried about taking my Tesla Model 3 through a commercial car wash in fear the track might damage the wheels, but the track here is rubber-coated so not only were my wheels undamaged, but every inch of the car was perfectly clean, and without the need for those push-broom-like scrub brushes that the other place in town uses. Ill be coming here from now on.

The car wash does a great job in my cars and always leaving the place riding in a new car. Staff are nice and when theres a problem they job right at it to solve it fast

It does a fairly good job, but you need to dry off your rig or the recycled water leaves water spots

Higher prices, get out and lock canopy and remove trailer hitch, remove antenna without replacing. ??? Ill never go back. Other choices want my business and dont have such hassels. Id give 0 stars if possible.

Payed for the 10$ premium. Went in having 1 bird poop and a little dirt on the rear window, left covered in soap scum looking hundreds times worse then i put it in. Id never recommend or go again to this car wash.

They saw how many bugs were on my car and told me to check it afterwards, and if it wasnt clean they would rewash it....which they did. Wish they handed out damp cloths to work on the interior as the previous place did.

Substandard equipment kind of puts a damper on the whole you want something done right do it yourself
