I had an odd experience trying to even just set up an appointment for interior auto detail (not even the full interior/exterior). What could be considered a straight forward process seemed to be over-complicated bc for one, James wanted me to stop by so he could look at my 2017 car to see what he was working with before he could quote me - and I hadnt even asked for a quote. I simply tried to book. He also seemed to think leaving the car overnight for one or even 2 nights was just a spiffy deal for customers, like were all married with a spouses second car at home or money to drop on extra car rentals. I drive to Portland regularly, local ubers wouldnt cover this. This business specializes in auto detailing but James talked about the service as if it was difficult for him, plus seemed to be high maintenance in that potential customers are willing to take time out of their busy days to make 2 visits or drop double or triple cash on rentals for up to 2 days. ? Im nonplussed, its car detailing, not an artform. And not supposed to be complicated. I quickly made a much simpler appointment with Detailed Perfection in Southtown, same day pick up with shampooed seats guaranteed to be dry bc they use fans, no pre-visit required and they even gave me a quote based on the age and size (sedan) of my car. James, customers appreciate a stream-lined process where you arent speaking to people paying you money like theyre begging for you to complicate their lives for triple the price and time.

Very happy with my experience. It was easy to schedule and they went above and beyond and got the stains out of the headliner I thought would be impossible. Very friendly and reasonable pricing.

James and his son do an incredible job detailing! We have taken several of our cars there after purchase to get cleaned up. It is amazing what they can accomplish. James is a perfectionist and it shows in the results!This is an not a 2 hour process folks. When you are lucky to get your car in the shop it is for the day. They cut no corners. If nothing else, have them steam your engine compartment. You will be amazed what that does.We bought a Honda Element recently that had big dogs in it. The hair was ridiculous. I did not want to get in it to say the least. If you are selling your car or truck and want top dollar, take it to James first and get it show room ready! You wont regret it. Rich

Started out to be a good experience but ended very poorly. When I pointed out areas that he should have gotten with big stains he got very defensive and said I should be thankful how good of a deal I’m getting. Very rude guy!

I came in to get my seats shampooed, and they did an amazing job. James and Tyler were both very very accommodating to what I needed, and very willing to work with price points. The prices were very reasonable and they were super friendly. Definitely going to be coming back to them in the future.

Brought in my 96 Bronco and James did a great job! The exterior had a bunch of blue over spray on it from the previous owner. James made the paint look brand new!
