I have been shopping B&R for at least 10 years. They are about 25 miles from my home but it is worth the extra drive. I am always impressed with the help and service I get. That they have multiple locations makes the parts search much more likely to pay off and the fee to move a part from another yard to Corvallis, Oregon is reasonable. Hence, when I need a part I always start here at B & R. They are great at what they do. Thank You B & R.

Back 15yrs ago and in high school, i never had any good experience with b&r. Their prices were high and workers were rude. In the past 4 years i began going to them again and they are absolutely the best. The staff are friendly, helpful and their prices have always been well. Thanks team

Past 3 years dealing with them they like to charge either right at new price for their used parts, or in some cases upwards of $100 over what new parts would cost including delivery... I highly recommend supporting other junkyards where prices are set more reasonably for used and often partially damaged parts to begin with. There was a time when they were the best yard around but theyve fallen far from that title.

Theyll work with you on finding parts and mistakes made.Its a wrecking yard, so you do have to check to make sure what youre getting is what you want.Bought some used tires and noticed after getting home some sidewall damage. They swapped them out for another set without hesitation the next day.Been using them for parts for the past few years and that kind of service is consistent with them.Thoroughly impressed.

Yesterday, I bought a battery here for a pretty decent price. However, when I asked for a battery with a specific group size I was told, The batteries are over there. I asked for help finding the right battery and the guy replied, I dont really know about the batteries. So I went over to the stack of batteries and spent a long period of time trying to hunt down the right battery. As I was searching, I overheard the guy who refused to help me, making a personal phone call to one of his friends that were going to be borrowing his dads truck and whatnot for the day. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I usually dont have any issues shopping and doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking and I typically get my car parts for really good prices here. I have been a repeat customer with them for many years however this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth.

I went to B&R hoping to find an amp for my Kia. I went out to the car and found that the part I wanted was already removed from the vehicle, but there was a nice cargo mat that I was interested in taking. When I returned to the office and let them know the part I wanted wasnt there but asked to buy the cargo mat, they gave it to me for no charge! I am sure this would have only been a couple dollars, but it was a very nice gesture. Will return for any other salvage/parts needs.

Wonderful experience! We went looking for a small trim piece and hubcaps for a Toyota Camry. The yard is well organized and we found what we needed easily.

Called and got a part for a good deal. Said it would be out by the end of the next day, and ended up taking until the following morning. I do end up waiting a considerable amount on the phone or in person but I got the service I wanted at the agreed price. 👍

I was able to pick up some wheels from the Corvallis shop but when I ordered two to be delivered to the shop I never received a call from them when they arrived. So I had to drive over to the shop to see that they were almost buried behind their other recent deliveries. So I guess you should just keep track of your own orders if you do order something.

I stopped by regularly looking for a white front bumper cover for the old leaf that I have that my son totaled and rebuilt. Hard to find this part. I also inquired about a hybrid battery for the Ford escape I bought an auction that seems to have a problem. These guys well maybe they dont love what theyre doing but certainly do it well. They took the time to talk with me about what was going on what I needed and what they could do about it. Pretty good shop.

Let us check a couple cars in yard for what we needed and when it was not what we needed he had the parts mailed directly to our house. Very helpful and pleasent to work with. Never gave me my money back. After returning an incorrect part I was told they would refund my card and never did. I went back several times trying to get this resolved and they could not connect me with a responsible party; they were always at lunch and the number I was given was never answered during business hours. Plain and simple stole my 50 bucks. Kept all my receipts.

My 17 year old son had all four wheels stolen off his Honda Civic just two days after bringing it home. Larry Rhodes at B&R offered up his companies services to find new wheels for him. Within just hours we received these excellent replacements which got my son back on the road with a minimum of fuss. The wheels we received were cleaned up and in really good condition. I am so grateful to have such a good company here in Corvallis. I also learned that when they had a fire earlier in the year, B&R made a huge effort to make sure their employees kept their jobs. No one got laid off. A business that can keep track of their inventory so competently as well as being compassionate for the trials of the customers is a business I happily support.Update: B&R responded to a request to lift the car to put on the new wheels quickly and professionally. Exceedingly affordable rate as well as polite, courteous service. It was a nice touch that he wanted to make sure the car would start before he left.

Im very dissatisfied with the quality of services this business provides and its lack of responsibility is BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!I ordered a replacement engine for my car (Honda crv-2011, if that matters) persuaded by the overall good reputation this business displayed, at least online. Nevertheless, problems started right after the order was placed. They delayed the delivery of the engine a couple of days, invoking some logistic issues. When it finally arrived (did they deliver the exact engine I ordered, though? Thats another question), my mechanic installed it strictly following their checklist. Filters and oil and even other fluids in my car had been replaced.I was happy to see my car running again, but the excitement didnt last. In the first half of hour I heard a ringing sound from under the hood while driving. It just wouldnt go away, no matter if I drove super slow or faster. It was like a coin dropped on a concrete floor.Next day, on a cold start, another surprise popped up. It was an abnormal rattling sound in the first 1-3 seconds, before it would go away.I took the car back to the shop, my mechanic inspected it and came up with bad news. The ringing sound was a knocking sound, actually and the cold startup rattling was again something internal, the actuator most likely. The prognosis for these problems was poor and my car is not reliable as of now and more than that, cant hide it - it is unsafe, so I dont drive it.Since the replacement engine came with a 6-month warranty, we contacted the company right away, hoping to find a reasonable solution. Long story short, they just dont seem to care at all. AT ALL, and I mean it. The best they could offer was another replacement engine, but hey, I paid for the labor!!! I cant try all their replacement engines until I find a good one paying for the labor out of my pocket every single time!!! Its not a wheel to replace, its an engine!When offered to drive to their shop and show them the car so they see the problems with their own eyes, they didnt want it. Ignoring the problem seems to be the best they can.I have proof it makes noises, I recorded the cold start, can drive it 10 feet and it makes the ringing sound already, but nobody cares!I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Great values! Other wrecking yards are increasingly becoming a pain to deal with and even want to charge you to walk out into their yard. The folks at B&R are super easy to work with and more than fair on their prices. Again...great value.

I showed up a little after 5pm and I was waiting my turn to be helped was not acknowledged just kept getting looked at . When it was my turn I asked the guy to look up what I was needing so I would know where to go into the yard and look. He snapped back and said NO we close in 5 minutes and I said I really I was waiting for 15 min to be helped he said NO so I just left.. .. I was not treated very professionally . and will never go back

TLDR: professional, organized, helpfulPicked up a 2 small interior panels for my 2006 Mazda 3. The salvage yard employee gave them to me for FREE! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. He found similar a vehicle to mine, gave me a map of the yard, and found the specific location ID and walked me through how to find it. Straightforward and super quick. He did ask for a positive review on Google or Facebook and I happily agreed because honestly it was a five-star experience. B&R will be my first choice the next time I need something for my car 👍

I purchased a grade A rear axle which turned out to be less than grade A. They severed the abs line and severed the locker actuator plug. And the right side wheel bearing is making noise.Go elsewhere for quality parts.

Review towards their towing/extraction services:Tonight after a poor driving decision on my part, I put my vehicle in the ditch. A friend, who came to help me, called B&R to pull me out of my predicament. Steven, the gentleman operating the tow truck, made light work of pulling my car out and gave me an opportunity to inspect it after getting it to a suitable spot. All in all, he was great to work with and offered a great customer experience. I highly recommend B&R for any towing services.

Been getting parts from these guys & gals for over 25 years. Usually have the most diverse selection within 300 miles. A lot of different faces over the years, usually pretty good service, pricing is a little above average, and can vary greatly at times depending on the sales person you deal with, but most of the time it is negotiable, just gotta work em a little. I always enjoy the hunt, its a big playground for me. This location is generally my go to spot but I do hit up there other locations too. Some of the other yards are a bit more organized, granted they are a bit smaller, but this yard used to well organized too, not sure what changed besides their volume but I have gotten used to it, just makes the hunt that much more fun (for me). If you do go to pull your own, only carry what you need cuz tools get heavy after you pack em around for a minute, expect to get dirty, I recommend gloves, a bottle of water and in the summer bring a can or two of bee spray. The yellow jackets are very territorial and can come out of anywhere. It is inherently hazardous with jagged metal, sharp glass, and untold biohazards but as long as you pay attention and dont do anything foolish its just another day at the park. If you like to work on your own car and have never been I highly recommend you add it to your bucket list, careful tho it can be addicting.

I was on a narrow road, and pulled to the side on what was a firm shoulder and quickly found that was NOT the case. Steven from B&R came and helped me get back on the road. Nice polite and professional. I cant thank him enough.

This Family owned company has some of the best Customer Service. They have several conveniently located shops and work efficiently to find you the parts you need at a competitive price. If you ever have to use the Warranty Department, A.J. is such a pleasure to work with and he gets the ball rolling. Living around a bunch of mountains in the country I have no phone service. I was able to communicate with them Via chat or email and always got a fast and friendly response no matter who I was dealing with. I would recommend B & R to anyone.

I have so many wonderful things to say about B&R Wrecking! The customer service is unparalleled. I recently needed to replace the wheel on my 2002 Volvo. I was in a panic because the factory wheels can be expensive, tricky to track down and on top of everything, was getting ready for an upcoming trip. Tom was so kind, gave me a great price and shipped the wheel up to Portland! it arrived the next day, so I was able to get my car fixed before my trip. I HIGHLY recommend B&R Auto Wrecking. Tom saved the day. Will definitely be working with them again.

They had what I needed, and had a quick timeline to get it for me. They ran into a 2 day delay due to extreme circumstances, they quickly informed me, kept me updated, and came to a resolution that I was very happy with. I contacted them on the phone multiple times and the person I spoke to was always friendly and spoke to me as though he was very happy to be helping.

These guys make a killing on scrapping cars. I know my scrap car was worth 100x more than I was given for it. But thats the reality of it. The people were friendly and competent. The new building looks nice. No hard feelings.

I was out of town and my elderly parents got stuck in the mud. B & R Towing came out to help them. They were so kind and took such good care of them. Actually gave them a ride home and towed their car to the yard. They stored it 2 weeks with no charge. Top notch place.

Ordered a wheel for a Jeep Liberty on 9/6/2019. I was told it would be at the location nearest to me on 9/11/2019. Never showed up, so I decided to see if I could track it. According to their website it was on a semi and went from Eugene to Portland and thats where it stayed. I asked for a refund over the phone and they said they would issue me a refund, and then hung up. I logged onto my Wells Fargo account and disputed the charge to my account.When I went to the location nearest to me they seemed very unorganized and had junk laying all over. I will steer clear of this business from now on.

I was stranded out on highway 34 today and I called B&R. I was immediately connected to someone and within 10 minutes Steven had came out to help me. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. I am so grateful I called B&R. I’ll never use anyone else after that.

Will never do business here and have expressed the experience to others as well. I’m a little shocked this place is even in business. We not only dealt with an employee who took our money for an engine that he DID NOT use on our car and promised a warranty that wasn’t an actual thing. Luckily this person was fired, or quit and we finally got the engine we paid for( Months have passed)But we were also told we would receive a reimbursement for the engine from our Subaru to which we’ve been met with silence and avoided calls. Still waiting on that invoice as well guys. Very poor management and horrible service. I could go in to more detail but this summarized the business for us.

My Representatives name was Mike. When you talk about a professional CSR, its most definitely mike. I ordered a Subframe from B&R on March 13th and got it in 4 days. Not only did Mike send me the right part, but he kept in touch and even sent pictures of the frame to make sure it was the right one before shipping it to me. While sending pictures some of them turned out kinda bad so he had his team members keep taking pictures until we both were satisfied with what was seen. Mike even sent me my tracking number when I was done, some companies wont even send a follow up email. This place is where you want to order your parts because they will let you see what youre getting before you get it. When I received my part, Mike even called me to make sure I was satisfied with the part in my hand even after what was seen in the pics! Thank you Mike! Thank you B&R Wrecking for having staff members like Mike!

We were looking for a door and really didnt know how to go about it. Looked online and that helped. Showed up at the yard and off we went to look. When we finally found what we wanted, the 2 young men at the counter were very friendly and helpful! We will pick it up later. Definitely will go there again... and they have locations ALL OVER.
