Stephanie was my sales person, that worked her rear-end off for me. I loved the laid back atmosphere. I didnt feel pressured to buy. This place is awesome. Greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Sales lady was fantastic. Not pushy. Let me know what the process was going to be etc. financing went quickly and smoothly. Let them know up front I didn’t want any additional warranty etc and they didn’t try pushing more. The lot attendants did a great job cleaning and filling up my pickup also!

Went to get my car looked at because there seemed to be a minor issue with the brakes. Turns out it needed a big replacement which they estimated to be almost $800 and asked if I got the video of it that they sent. When I went back in I asked for an itemized cost breakdown of that was needed for the repairs, when he did that it came out to $480 — I asked why the estimate was so much high and he didn’t quite have an answer, they were about to up charge me $300 if I hadn’t asked. I also told him I never got a video, he checked again and apparently they never took a video. I said I wasn’t gonna get the work done today, but they still charged me $75 to do nothing to it (the guy did end up giving me a 10% discount which was nice). Save your money and go elsewhere for repairs.

Amazing dealership. Everyone is super friendly and make you feel like you are the only one on the lot. Just bought my second vehicle from them. The first time I visited them was 7 years ago. Could not believe that they remembered me from so long ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and honestly don’t think I will ever go to another dealership. Love them

Have to start the post, by saying we found a good car at a good price. And we are very happy with our new to us car. Now for the not so great side of things. We drove down from Portland, only to find that they had marked up the cars price online before we got there. They wanted $15,997 when we found the car, and scheduled the appointment. When we got there, they told us the new price was $16,990. Talk about shady, and not professional! So after some drawn out price discussions, and waiting over 3 hours to get our paperwork finished (keep in mind, we brought our own financing, not like we were trying to qualify for a loan) , we finally drove away in our new car. Lesson to be learn here Kiefer.... You could do significantly better in your customer experience department. Dont try to upcharge your customer, dont make them wait FOREVER to get paperwork done in 10-15 minutes. And whatever you do, so try and tell me for 3 hours that this is just the way its always been done UNACCEPTABLE!

Pay close attention when you visit this location. Ive witnessed them distract potential buyers with football players from OSU, meanwhile as a side conversation showing vehicles with terrible deals as options. Our experience was from last fall, dont know if much has changed.

I recently bought a new car from Kiefer Nissan in Corvallis. This was the best experience I have ever had in shopping for and buying a car. All of the employees were extremely helpful and friendly, but the sales person we dealt with, Tyson, really went above and beyond to help us not only in finding a vehicle that fit our very specific criteria, but also was aware of our budget the entire time. At no point did we ever feel pressured or like we were trying to be lead in a certain direction.For me, buying a new car isnt something I enjoy. I grow attached to my vehicles, and I like to hold on to them for as long as it makes financial sense to do so. Saying goodbye to a beloved old vehicle is difficult for me, and in buying a new car, the financial weight involved tends to override any kind of new vehicle excitement for me.In shopping for a new vehicle, I didnt have any single vehicle in mind. Rather I had identified several different vehicles that seemed, at least on paper, to fit my needs. To make a decision, I was simply going to need to start test driving the different options and see what felt best.I visited several different dealerships and test drove a variety of vehicles. Some of the vehicles a tested I was happy with, and I was interested in purchasing, but the price they were asking was more than I wanted to spend. When I expressed this, I was frequently greeted with a lecture about how fast cars are selling and how that is just what the price was. Some dealerships even went as far as to print out spreadsheets to show me all the costs they incur, as if to prove to me they couldnt possible sell a car for even a dollar less or they would lose money. When I told them I was firm with my budget, they would then lead me to vehicles that didnt fulfill our requirements.The experience at Kiefer Nissan in Corvallis was entirely different. First of all the sales person we we worked with, Tyson, attentively listened to what our requirements were in a vehicle and what our budget was. He then showed us different cars that actually fit our needs, or came close to it, and were close to our budget. It was clear he was actually trying to help us find something that would meet our needs, not just showing us whatever they had on the lot that he hoped he could sell us on, like almost every other dealership had seemed to do.When we finally found a vehicle that seemed to be the perfect fit, its price was just a big higher than what we wanted to spend. Rather than just rattling off a bunch of numbers, or a rehearsed speech about how thats just what the price was, Tyson found the manager with the authority to make concessions on the price. We explained our budget and our situation, and they were able to make us an offer that came in under what our maximum budget was.I also want to point out that there was no kind of back-room talks going on between our sales guy and the manager. The manager came right out to us and all the discussions took place right there in front of us. At no point did anyone ever try to talk us into anything other than what we asked for. It really felt like everyone there was on our side, trying to help us find the best vehicle for our needs while being conscious of our budget.

Have had great experiences with the service here at over the years. They know the history of your vehicle, and keep track of recommended services based on mileage but without upselling you. My most recent big scheduled maintenance had lots of service items that would have made it costly, but the technicians were happy to cross off unnecessary items based on the state of the car, which greatly reduced the final cost while still maintaining the important items. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my truck purchasing experience at Kiefer. I have been casually looking for a newer Titan and had a good idea of price points/value for both my current trade in and the years and trim ranges I was looking for. Scott my salesman was responsive but not pushy and new a lot about the truck I ultimately purchased. Price negotiation was fast and fair and I left with a good deal. I don’t hesitate to recommend.

The service at Kiefer Nissan was fine. I do feel that every time I am there for an oil change they try to get me to spend ~$500 on needed repairs to the 2017 vehicle I purchased from them. That has always bothered me.The only other issue I had this last time was the overall environment. My appointment was at 8am, and I waited in the lobby during my oil change. I brought my computer with me and attempted to do work. At about 8:10am someone turned on the radio. I like loud music but this was so loud I could concentrate on my work. On top of that, the people in the lobby were talking and had to yell at each other to hear over the radio. I finally just put my computer away and sat until my car was done.

The buying experience was good. If you go there and want a test drive, make sure you are with Christa Flores. She was amazing! She showed us the capabilities of the car and that, not her, convinced us to buy it. Negotiation was painless and we got a deal we were satisfied with.

I needed a second key for my leaf. I was told I would get a level one leaf inspection and tire rotation. Key works great but no information about the inspection. Nissan national site indicated I would get a report based on all maintenance as described in the owners manual. I got nothing and I’m not even sure my tires were rotated.Update: Kiefer Nissan contacted me after this review and completed the level one inspection. This included the maintenance sheet as well as a video of the inspection. Thank you for making this happen.

When I bought my vehicle, I was told that it was coming with a free extended warranty and I would always have free oil changes. Neither turned out to be the case. Also, my seat doesnt go back as far as the passenger seat. Its been stuck forward since I bought it. I let them know within a week of buying it. They sent someone clear to Eugene to pick it up to repair it. However, when it was returned it was obvious that nothing had been fixed and the seat is still stuck forward to this day. Im not impressed with this place.

They have kept my old Nissan pickup running and safe for 28 years.

I’m a person with a rough past, and because of the choices I made I put myself in a tough spot financially and credit wise. I was 423 credit when I got my life together and started rebuilding. When I went into the dealership yesterday I had a 600, and made a down payment with money I had been saving from work and they were able to get me into my first ever brand new car. 5 years ago I would have never thought this was possible.

When we walked in to look at upgrading cars we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted but we knew we wanted to buy again from Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis because it was flawless the first time. We worked with Christa Flores and she showed us a used but almost new 2019 Nissan Rogue. She let us know that it would be perfect for what we were looking for and that It was a part of their rental fleet and they had just moved it to the selling lot. She was very kind and friendly and just made us feel comfortable that this was SUV we wanted/needed! After test driving it we knew it was perfect for us, so we started the usually long and painful paperwork process. The finance guy Joshua made the paperwork process fun and engaging even though it’s just signing your name a million times! It ended up being so easy and actually very quick. We left so happy with the service we received and the car we were driving off the lot with! The general manager was around and friendly and helpful as he was the time before as well.A few months later I came in for an oil change and everything went great in the service department! They explained everything in detail and I loved the video I received after explaining everything in more detail! Great customer service all around! I wouldn’t want to buy a car anywhere else!

So I purchased a vehicle with trade in. They switched tires on my new vehicle to all different types with poor tred while I was signing papers etc. I had to buy a full new set not long after purchase....THEN failed to turn in forms to DMV on my trade in. I got two parking tickets from new owner LOL. They gladly took money for registration fees etc but didnt do it. I will never use them again.

Hello everyone!!Well I’m here to review Keifer’s Nissan dealership service department.I previously have my Nissan Marano At the service department and unfortunately they were some confusion about the repairs they ended up fixing it but it was not what I want it and I pay for but they refunded me my money.So not only did they apologize for mistake. the refunded my money so I’m so happy I will be back to Nissan Kiefer for more repairs on the future.Thank you very much.

I had a new transmission put in and its already going out after 250 miles also I asked them to put in new CV joints and they didnt and they just greased them up and they are clicking after 40 miles also I left in my battery light came on and off all the way home and they left a ground wire loose so I had to go back for them to tighten it up. This is a 2018 nissan sentra. Now the warranty is thru them and I dont want them to touch my car again. Not sure what to do?

I went there in hopes to get some questions answered about a car, and do a build, and price. The experience was so unprofessional, and they were so rude, I dont know if it was, because im younger or what. If youre looking for a used car sure, but do not try to go there for a build, and price. Theyll treat you like you dont have any money, this was the worst experience at a dealership Ive ever had, Im never considering a Nissan again, because of that experience.

Long story short, I have a BMW that will be in the shop for a while and I need a temporary car. They had a 2005 van that was in nice shape and low miles. Very low price. I thought they might try to get me into something pricier, but when I told them that was my budget and what I wanted, they made it happen.The first of the year I will be getting a newer car and will go through Kiefer. It was a great experience. They will be on the lookout for what I want.Also, and this NEVER happens when buying a used car. I took the car to my mechanic to have him look at it. I told him what I paid and he said, “you got a great deal. This is in good shape.” He said his wife needs a van for taking the kids to and from practices and school and this would be perfect. When I am done with it, he will give me $500.00 more than what I paid for it. So, I made money on a used car. Lol. That never happens.In all seriousness, Kiefer is pretty selective about what it keeps for trade-ins to sell to the public and I’ve heard that from others.I’ll do business with them again. (Also, their finance manager was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips on increasing my credit score)
