Called first thing in the morning after my snow blower pull-start line snapped, they got me right in and I was back out the door in 45min with a working blower. Couldnt have been nicer employees as well. Highly Recommended.

Didnt know anyone here, I emailed an inquiry out of the blue looking for a snowblower for my E130. Steve responded promptly, got what I needed ordered and delivered in a timely manner! I unfortunately dont recall the delivery techs name, but he showed up on a brutal cold afternoon and got my unit expertly installed and operating. Outstanding service.

I emailed these guys about a tractor I am wanting for my business and received no response. What is the point of having websites and email if you are too ignorant to be able to use it. Communication skills in this area are generally non existent but you would think an established business with an established brand would have the decency to make the effort to respond. Absolutely useless. Why would I buy from these idiots if they cant respond to a simple email. What if I purchased a tractor and I needed help with repairs etc. Not impressed one bit. Off to Kubota. John Deere you lost a 25-30k sale. Congratulations on employing morons to sell your tractors. You must be very happy losing so much money every year in sales.

I purchased some parts for my 1999 JS63 21inch mower. I expected dealer prices but blade and belt were actually very cheap and I got good service.Sales department helped me look into commercial walk behind mowers and pricing. Im not going with JD simply because I like a different brand of mowers for my business but thats nothing on dealer. Too bad they are JD only.

Horrible experience attempting to purchase a 3039R with 165 Loader/385 Backhoe from this dealership. The sales rep possessed no real sales skills nor understood all the programs available to customers. Case in point: I specifically asked the sales rep about discounts for veterans which the rep stated there were no discounts. This was untrue as John Deere offers the following => Greenfleet Loyalty Program for military-service. More importantly, once I signed the purchase order I never heard from the sales rep again. Went to another dealership in Elmira, NY and had a fantastic experience with sales rep and got my tractor within the week.

Went to the store, to look at tractors, the salesman steve was very helpful and informative without being too pushy.

Great group of people and very friendly and professional. Worked with Doug in caz. We will be back for a string trimmer soon !
