Fantastic place. I enjoy the area. Sadly. I havent been able to go as much as I want to. But Monday-Thursday they are open 24 hours a day. Which is nice.

I am a black card member, the current employees are great, and I have no complaints about cleanliness, my only concern is that the tanning bed bulbs are not being replaced, and that is something I am paying for. I believe there are regulations/laws concerning bulb replacement as well. There were 18 bulbs in the stand-up tanning bed that were not working at all and the rest were dim.

I give it 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First being that the employees can often make you feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed almost? The second reason being the chemicals they use are harsh to people with sensitive skin like myself. Please find an alternative hypoallergenic cleaning spray, that purple stuff is dangerous !

Great service at the front desk, had lots of equipment for all needs, also had a massage and tanning room with a two HydroMassage machines, two massage chairs, and some tanning equipment.

Im satisfied! I like that I pay the same price for a gym as I was paying for a month worth of tanning. I also have the option of tanning and I can always bring a guest to work out with.

I love this planet fitness but the new manager Rachel Robinson makes me not want to go here. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and always has an attitude. Other then that all of the workers are very nice and professional.

I enjoyed coming here until I ran into the manager Rachel Robinson. Her customer service made my experience here very uncomfortable due to the hostility and animosity I received from her end. I will not be coming here anymore, taking my business elsewhere, and definitely telling people to avoid coming here due to her unprofessionalism.

My daughter signed up for a membership and while waiting for my written consent because she is a minor. On the day she signed up they took $20 (claim it declined however her bank statement says different) and 7 days later they took $39 and when I called they said if I didnt come in today then another $10 would be taken out of her account.How can you take money from a minor who hasnt used the facilities, isnt old enough to be there, and tell us no refunds?Manager was not helpful and was rude. Also, How does a minor get a membership without parent consent yet although they are paying for it arent allowed to use the facilities?

Wish that instead of the employees sitting on the counter the whole time I am her from 5am to 7 am every morning they would actually be cleaning. I have found many machines lately that I have had to deep clean myself because the amount of dust and dirt on them.

Very clean well kept and great staff

The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, it’s never to crowded the area with the massage chairs and tanning beds is perfect, I’ve been to other PF spots and this one is the best hands down, I just got a membership, I recommend the black card because trust me your gonna want access to the massage chairs and the water jet bed

Prob the cleanest gym Ive ever seen staff is freindly. However now with this covid we have to wear mask cant wait till its over so we can go back to normal

Friendly staff clean equipment hands free scanning tanning and red light therapy ( have not tried but heard there bed are great) plus music over head is not awful.

Very clean, but the manager Rachel Robinson is extremely rude. I have never met anyone that is that rude to customers.

Its a gym. Wish it had a boxing ring.

Its nice and clean and its a nice place to go

Im so happy to have a actual gym in Cortland thats just down the road from me. I get to hit the gym after and even sometimes before work so it has helped me get back into shape. I hope to see more improvements on the place possibly have some other activities there like possibly a boxing addition but thats in the long run of thought.

There is literally no judgement

I have been going to planet fitness forever, usually go to Ithaca but since the cortland one opened I have been going there because it is closer. Very disappointed in the staff. I believe her name was Sharon on Shannon. Very rude, talked to me in a very degrading way. Hope it was just a bad day and not how she treats guest coming to a NON JUDGEMENTAL place where people are coming to better themselves.
