He here for work about 2 months. And its been amazing. Gym and rec room are nice.

Probably would not recommend- place was poorly built & furniture/appliances are old/broken/stained (the sample room will fool you). Place needs a good update. My roommates & I had multiple issues while we were living there-Rent is cheap so I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Management lacks knowledge to operating a successful business. The short time I was here I noticed quite a bit of racism to potential tentants. I would recommend renting elsewhere. Such a shame to see in 2017.

I enjoy living here and it is close to everything! Only thing I do not like is that the maintence and staff dont have respect for privacy and walk into your apartment if you do not answer the door and then proceed to your room. I feel that living in an apartment complex they should not be aloud to do that... Other than the lack of respect for personal space and barging in. I love this place, and reccomend it to anyone looking for a place!

Forget all the bad reviews!! The place is under new management and I for one do not think I could have found a better place!!! Would highly recommend!!!

They will do anything to take your money. Have fun sleeping in someone elses filth.Edit: considering our living situation was rent free, that was the owners decision before hiring. As for the cleaning, I agree the cleaning in the building is fine. Please ask management to visit an apartment after an eviction, ask about the process of turns, what happens to the stuff people leave behind?(dont leave valuables because they will sell it). Ask about the numerous times residents have found roaches in otherwise clean apartments. Oh theyll get rid of the bugs, but you gotta pay for the exterminator to show up! If you have any common sense, just read the comments below and the arguments the owner leaves in response 😂😂

Horrible place, roach infested, very unprofessional/rude staffs, property managers will come to your house and harass you for having a past bill of JUST 75$
