Not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews. Spent $12 on the middle grade laser wash that didnt even rinse light dirt off the side of the vehicle. Put my vehicle into reverse and backed into a self service bay which then I soon found out after paying another $5 that the only things working from the soap selection was high pressure soap and rinse. Degreasers/presoak were not operational. No wonder all the self service bays were empty 🙃 Normally dont write negative reviews but after spending $17 on a car wash that I could have gotten better results with a garden hose. I feel its necessary. Wont be returning and can drive a little further to the next car wash.Only positive is. No lines. And free vacuums. I guess no wait, quick service. Is bad service. Lesson learned

Went through the touchless wash, the $14 one. My car isn’t even a week old so it wasn’t that dirty. My car is now covered in water spots, bugs didn’t come off. It made my look worse than it originally was. And of course the receipt didn’t print.

Did an amazing job!!! I loved the fact they washed the front of my car by hand to get off all the bugs! Super friendly service. ♥️ the manager was super sweet and the younger gentleman there as well!

The classes chassis crew is way about par. Manager Chris was so helpful when my card wouldnt work and ended up giving me a free wash because the card reader wouldn’t work. The cleaning job of there machines is also top notch. Definitely recommend checking them out for your car wash needs.

This is the only car wash my husband and I use. I’m pretty sure my husband has a man-crush on the owner/manager (?) 🤷🏼‍♀️ Can’t blame him! We love them. I promised I’d get on and give a review - and happy to do it! It’s a great group! Oh, and my suv is squeaky clean too!!

Both my boyfriend and myself have monthly memberships here. I enjoy coming here to get my car washed. I often feel dumb that after a year of coming here I still cant manage to get my car on the track and remember to put my car in N. However, everyone there is great. At the heat of COIVD prior to shutting down the owner came up to my car and said he was thankful for my business. We kept our accounts open despite not being able to go because we wanted to continue to show our support during hard times. There were a few times the machine wasnt working and a worker would come out and have me pull in through the drive thru and apologized. Overall great business and wonderful customer service.

Great customer service, never had a bad carwash. They sometimes close earlier than advertised, but all around, good experience.

DIY bays: Pressure is too low and foam brush too soft card machine wasnt reading my card to add a dollar so I had to order two washes bugs and bird poop still on the truck

Very professional car came out super clean

This was the spray nozzle for the self-wash after I paid the $8 minimum for credit cards. I got soaked just to rinse my car. What a joke.

I love washing my car by hand. Never really been a fan of automated washes so I pulled in to a bay at Classy, swiped my card and started to clean my baby. After time ran out, the card reader wouldnt accept any of my cards so the manager came over and offered me a free wash, not only for this visit but for my next visit as well!!! Cant beat that!! Ill definitely be going back any time my beauty needs a bath! Thank you!!

The regular drive through wash was out of service so the mamager sent us through the tunnel (more $$) wash for free! In the tunnel wash you even get a free bottle of cold water for each passengef in the car. We will be back, often! Awesome job Classy Chassy!! 2 thumbs up!

I got a new car and lost my scan bar and they easily looked up my account, replaced my scan bar and were super helpful. As if that werent enough, they are always running promotions. Great place to get a car wash. Always very welcoming and they offer everyone in the car a free bottle of water, as well as suckers for the kids. They also provide free vacuuming which is amazing. We met the manager today, and he was giving away free car washes for the 4th of July for veterans. He offered us a free car wash in honor of my step-dad who is a veteran even though he wasn’t with us. Absolutely great customer service! Happy to be “Classy Chassy” customers.

My husband and I went to the car wash yesterday. Paid for the $14 wash. It announced for us to come into the wash bay. We pulled in and put it in park. We were maybe in there for 2 mins. Ran through the soap setting next thing we know the sign says to pull forward. Our car was covered in soap and that was the end of the car wash. No where near $14 worth of a car wash that’s for sure. Then we figured we’d vacuum our car out....can’t do that cause there’s no hose for the machines. We will never come back to that car wash again. Worse experience ever.
