I have been going to supercuts for over 20 years. I will never go back. Asked me to wear a mask, I did it when I said I would never again wear one. I really needed a haircut and then 20 minutes past my appointment I hear the one and only woman working say to her guest...now we will start on your layers. I am not a stylish...but that seems to mean I am not close to getting in the chair.

I received the WORST haircut i have ever had. When i say that i chopped my long hair to shoulder length and there were Long pieces of hair all over my head still and she just let me leave without checking it. I’m appalled. I’ve been coming here for a while now every two weeks and i will never go back. I walked to my car to look in mirror and i’ve never been so embarrassed of what my hair looked like. If you want an actual haircut that your hair dresser cares about, don’t go here!

Wanted a slight below shoulder length hair got with layers and got an almost bob that looks like a cupcake. The stylist also took a very short time and was distracted by answering phones. She also cut all the hair at once instead of cutting a little and then seeing if I wanted to go shorter.

Not happy to get bangs that I didnt ask for... but she layered everthing else well... just didnt listen to what I was saying at all, I had clear instructions, conviently was done as soon as a customer came in...

They always do a great job. Just make an appointment and then your all set. Very nice customer service. Thank you.

The two ladies that where there including a fabulous women named Sam did an amazing job on my 6 year olds hair. They where above all kind and caring. The price was great and so was the shop. Clean and well maintained during this crazy TIME. They made it work. Tired of home cuts ? Treat yourself!!!

All I needed was some length taken off. A straight cut.. no layers, angles, nothing fancy. I thought it would be simple enough and there’s no way you could mess it up, right? I was SO wrong. I should not have tried to save $ on my cut.Not a straight cut at all. Random long hairs all over the place that I’ve had to trim. I need to make an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed. I’m not even kidding when I say that it looks as if a 10 year old cut it. It’s almost comical.Do yourself a big favor and don’t try to save $ on a cut... you’ll end up spending more $ when you have to go somewhere else to get your hair fixed.

Very busy place atm, have not recieved any services from here so I cannot speak on skill. I called to schedule an appointment and they were booked months in advance. This was kind of expected due to the situation we are in.

Hannah has been great each time Ive gone there. This is by far my favorite hairstyle Ive ever had.

The man who did my hair was such a sarcastic and negative person. He was expressing his negativity about this holiday season (which is fine, but put on your customer service face...), complaining about prior customers, and talking rudely to his associate in-front of me. I tried conversing with him as much as I could, but I just ended sitting there staring at the bottles on the counter me to not lock eyes. I cut to the chase and said I knew my hair was dry, had split ends, and I do not want any recommended products-just the trim. Expressing how apparently I actually don’t care about the health of my hair because it’s dead/broken on the bottom and I clearly don’t come in enough to get a regular trim-I was annoyed. I decided to just be sarcastic back because the way the only way I’d probably get through this. Our conversations ended up like me asking what his favorite part about doing hair was and he responded “going home after”...like great I have your hands/scissors in my hair dude...don’t take your deep rooted anger on it! Lastly at checkout he offered me a lollipop because I was “well behaved”. I’m a grown adult. Don’t talk to me like I’m a child. If he was more cheery during the whole experience maybe that wouldn’t have come off as annoying, but he was sarcastic from the first second I saw him.Normally hair dressers are friendly and get into good conversation with you...but I don’t recommend the man at this location. I don’t remember the name, but he has really short hair, gauges, and glasses. He claimed he was a manager...yikes.

The customer service is great, the people who work here are super kind and also great with kids. Went in with a picture and did exactly that for my child to go back to school with! Excellent haircut... great service!

I wish I had never gone there! I went in to get a trim; that was all, just a simple trim to make my ends look healthy again. Well, I stormed out of there because the imbecile that was supposed to cut it BUTCHERED it instead. My hair was probably 6 inches past my shoulders and had some layers in it. Nothing overly complicated. Her idea of trimming it was to cut it all one length in about 2 minutes and ask me if that was good. I told her the length was fine but she had to put the layers back in it. Clearly she missed “layer day” in school. She cut my hair dry, which doesn’t work for my hair type, and the proceeded to eyeball and guess on whether she was as cutting it evenly. She failed miserably! After she thought she was done I tried to explain what needed to be fixed and she had the audacity to look annoyed that I expected her to fix her mistakes. The second go around I ended up getting so irate because she was just doing the same half-a$$ job that I lost my patience and told her to get the cape off me and that she had no idea how to cut hair. I refused to pay for the mess she created. I went to another salon where an angel, Marti, was able to fix the disaster that was my hair and keep as much of the length as she could.

Made an appointment for 2:15 pm, got there early and was told to wait. At 2:25 pm, I left. At 2:33 I got a text they were ready for me. When I called, there was no apology, so if I happen to be driving past it, I might check to see if they are available, but I wont be trusting their appointments again.

I went here to get my hair cut a simple easy hair cut nothing special i said i wanted a one on top apparently this was to difficult i felt like she was a student and i was being used to teach. When she got done my hair looked EXACTLY the same except she took a tiny bit off of the lower sides but basically nothing was done to have someone else cut my hair i would have had to wait time i didnt have and was still being told to pay or they would call the cops so i called corporate the man appoligized to me but there was nothing he could do it was not a corporste super cuts i will jever go here again and it took a bit of restraint to not break a window out of the place
