DO NOT rent from chris Calabro. The apartments may be nice, however This landlord has no sense compassion and only cares about taking your money.

I looked at 3 different properties and was impressed with how clean and spacious each apartment was. Updated appliances and very well kept. Management was very accommodating and met with us around our schedule. Highly recommended!

Loved living here so much my junior year, I am back again for my Senior year! the apartment is beautiful with an awesome kitchen, tiled bathroom, and a laundry room with front load washer dryer! and its FREE. no quarters required.

Lived in multiple Cortland Apt houses and they were all gorgeous! Beautifully taken care of and they were always available for maintenance and assistance. I highly recommend them for student housing!

As a home owner near many of Calabro Properties’ apartments, they are great student property owners! Calabro Properties always keeps their apartments in pristine shape. Students who occupy the apartments are always polite and respectful.

We looked at Prospect Terrace -- loved dark hardwoods, enormous island, new kitchen. Great style and utility, an exceptional value.

As a life long resident of Cortland, I Feel lucky that several student housing locations are owned and maintained by Cortland Apts. I want my small hometown to be welcoming when SUNY Cortland students arrive each Fall. Thank you to Chris and the entire maintenance crew, all Cortland Apts properties are! They clearly take pride in both the interior and exterior of their properties. Throughout the summer youll notice maintenance crew, painters, cleaners, and landscapers working diligently to ensure the properties are pristine and ready for the new students to enjoy the next ten months in our hometown.

Chris Calabro is a lieing con artist! He will rip people off at every opportunity he gets. He likes to intimidate / bully college students and woman. His apartments might be nice but just be aware that you are dealing with a liar.
