Edit to add: the front desk employee was very nice. Maybe the phone calls are just more frustrating for them. She earned them two more stars.The rudest social services department in the state. I guarantee it. I cant believe how rude and disrespectful these case workers are to people needing help. If you hate your job that much just quit. Unfortunately we are forced to deal with you. You are not, however, forced to work there.

Typical Social Service office. Front office staff for friendly and helpful. I just picked up papers for someone else.

Unbelievable, the lack of professionalism in this work place. You apply for help, only to be ridiculed. Worst thing is, you cant go to the Supervisor because she supports this behavior. Its sad and uncalled for.

My Person told me mistruths, dropped the ball then lied about it. If you are a typically nice and polite person, brace yourself. It will hurt. Management brushed me under the carpet. I live with chronic PTSD. No empathy.

Ghost town for staff or help

So sweet

Staff is reality friendly and helpful, which you dont always experience in the big city. I have had them lose paperwork, which has caused me issues. Also, the new location inside the building is frustrating. Not to mention they do not provide restrooms, so my 6 year son I had to leave and find a bathroom. Seems that a place that offers family services would provide bathroom its recipients to use.

My sister and her boyfriend have 2 kids age 2 and 1 and are expecting another and they are homeless living in a tent and they closed her case how are they protecting kids

If you need help,they provide it...They are very efficient.

Some people are nice here but a few employees have an attitude

Employees are rude, obnoxious and like to waste your time applying for programs you wont qualify for and filling out identical applications when you turn in the original.they constantly change appointment times with no advance notice.

Those folk are so openly racist toward minorities I cant believe they are actually employed by the State Of Colorado! Gee Whiz! - in the 21st Century? Really? They suck!
