AMAZING! We live full time in our RV and it can be difficult to find salons on the road. This place was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, the service was fast, and my nails look great! Would recommend. If we are ever back in the area, I will 100% be back. Thank you for making my nails look fabulous and for all the recommendations on the area. You guys rock!!!

Well it was a first time visit so not sure of workmanship but I did like the place.

What a great experience when we went here for pedicures. We made appointments ahead of time and they were ready for us when we arrived. This father and son team work well together and the results were very satisfactory. We will definitely go back here when we are in Cortez.

They’re so nice and funny. And, they have great options (they ask you how many layers, matte or shiny finish, etc) which is refreshing when nowhere else in Cortez seems to care about your opinion. Love them!!

Had my nails done, and got a pedicure for a special evernt. They were super accommodating. David was very friendly and joked around with my friend and I. His son also kept great conversation and made us feel super welcome!

They stayed open and took my daughter an hour after they close to do her nails for prom and they looked amazing! Great people, awesome customer service, talented nail tech.

RUDE, RUDE RUDE!!! I had read the reviews before making an appointment to get a pedicure with my mother as a treat before going to my daughters wedding. I saw several reviews about the rudeness, and they were spot on. I didnt even get my nail polish color picked out before leaving. There was a lady getting a pedi when we arrived and I could tell she was about 15 minutes from being done. The other nail tech began filling the basin with water and when I asked if we could wait so we could both go at the same time, the rudeness spewed from both of them. Saying they didnt like my attitude and that I could leave. I very calmly and politely said that I didnt thin my request was showing bad attitude since I had made the appointment for 2 and was willing to wait. I said I would be glad to leave and take my money else where. They both need a lesson in proper communication and customer service. Once again, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!

I have been going to pronails for 10 years. Everything is fine. Never had an issue.

I absolutely do not recommend going. Completely awful. Ive been there twice and both times they made my nails crooked and refused to fix them. Also he was very rough with my hands and would not let me pull my hand away when it was hurting. Very upset with this place and will not be going again.
