There was suppose to be 2 people but only 1 came because of an emergency , I told him if it took longer than the allotted time that’s no problem but he finished in time & did a thorough job , also I had a rug that was imbedded with dog hair if he had extra time & he did an amazing job

The staff that did the on-site work did a thorough and professional job and managed to figure out how to deal with issues in a small space.Before this job I they cleaned my carpets and I was scheduled immediately. They did a good job art what they completed but they left things undone. I called once to have them complete the job and they did..but closets were never cleaned. It was a new move in job with no furniture so it should have been easy to be very thorough. Maybe it was a bad week for them.
