I can’t see enough positive things about the service at four states!My experience of auto shops has mostly been that they try to take advantage of me...not here.I was given an incredible deal and treated very well. These guys saved me so I wasn’t stranded in Cortez! Super grateful, come here for service with a heart :)

These guys rescued us from a pretty sketchy situation with a rented RV while on vacation in the Four Corners area. They found the issue quickly, repaired it in a very reasonable time frame, and got us on the road the next morning. They even transported us to a local hotel for the night while the vehicle was repaired. Thanks to Dave for his expertise and Rob for the rides!

Have had really great experiences with these guys! They have great prices, get the job done quick, and have serviced a number of my familys vehicles. Got one of the best tire balances and alignments there for my FJ Cruiser with 35 tires, they have done other things for us too like put together front strut assemblies for a Ford Raptor, replace lower control arm bolts, and even installed tires on our 4-wheeler. Very pleased with the work they do!

If I lived in Cortez this would be my go-to place. Usually when I get a tire issue resolved at an auto shop, another problem arises with the sensor but it was such a relief to know that these shop’s mechanics didn’t mess around. The added bonus is that they didn’t gip me or judge me for having NY plates. Thanks for being awesome.

I had a huge nail in my tire and brought it here. Although I was a tad sceptical because of my tire size, to my surprise they had it. 😁 They got me in as soon as they could and I was back on the road. Service has always been friendly and quick. Staff are always giving suggestions and will listen to your concerns and are attentive. Waiting area is comfortable, television to watch and theres always coffee up. They are located behind McDonalds. Ill be definitely be coming here for my vehicle needs. Thank you so much.

These guys were awesome! Kind and humble mechanics who are going to help you out to the best of their abilities with whatever issues you have going on. Went in 45 min to close and they ordered parts for the very next morning and got everything done in under 2 hours. Thanks guys so much for all your help!

Would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced in any form at this shop. Had my ac serviced and 3 days later there’s refrigerant EVERYWHERE under the hood. And these guys at four states will not even take a look at the car without charging me or insulting me. My experience with this company left me with more issues with my vehicle than ever before, and I paid them 150 dollars to do it too. NOT a reputable or diligent shop, would rate 0 of 5 stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Store and shop is very clean! Bathroom (mens) was excellent! When i asked about steel tire valves, they understood what they were!! So nice... :pThe nice guy who did my tire repair also was kind enough to share what happened. He also explained my issue with replacing the valves now. Dang... oh well.I will be continuing to come here for things.

Anthony was awesome! However, changing 2 tires should NEVER take as long as it did here. Slow service is annoying! I will most likely go to Durango next time I need work done.

I bought 2 tires for my travel trailer. The price was reasonable (better than the local competition) and the service excellent. I was on my way in less than an hour.

The shop has done good work for me in the past, but they just lost my business. I brought my sons truck in and asked them to check it for road worthiness as he was about to travel. They charged me $89.00/ hr to look at the truck and would not apply it to the work or wave it if I allowed them to do the work, as many other shops do. There are other shops in the area that do good work without overcharging for diagnostic work and they will get my business.

This is the best Tire Company in Town. Very fair, very good service. Been going for years. Mr Wright has done a good job and has the best employees. I sure like them every time I take my car in. I feel I can trust them and that counts for 100% of going there. Thanks Four Tires

What an awesome shop. Every person I talked to was super friendly and helpful. Thought I had an issue with my ball joints and Ben, one of the mechanics, helped me troubleshoot and fix an issue that would have cost me over $1000 to fix elsewhere. Go here. The people that work here are honest and trustworthy.

I had to have a myriad of work done here after a deer and I played chicken. I gotta tell you, I would travel hundreds of miles to have work done here again, if it were ever necessary. Kris, Anthony, and the other fellas here at Four States are friendly, professional, and beyond competent. It took about a day and a half to get everything done, and it was done right.I want to mention that they will fully inspect your car here, for free, and then discuss your options with you in a low pressure environment. The staff here is caring and professional, and more importantly they are *honest.*Lastly I want to mention that throughout my stay here in Cortez I have discussed with several people my car issues, etc, and I have been asked several times where I was getting the work done. When I said Four States I was commended on my decision *every time.*

My sister in law had a trailer tire blow out. Her spare was low and we needed someplace quick. No one had her tire size until we called these guys. They had four.Four States was 10 minutes from closing but got us in anyway. You could tell they wanted to go home but they stilled smiled and performed excellent service! They were quick and the job was done well. The manager still shook our hand and smiled while telling us to drive safely as we left.Their shop is very clean inside and out. I wish they had a Four States where I live. Thank you guys...

Outstanding service and fair prices. $20 less than Big O for a synthetic oil change. Also bought a set of snow tires here for less than Big O. The tires at Four States also had much higher quality ratings. Better tires for less money.

I have been going here for all my car maintenance for 3 years. I am am extremely satisfied with the quality and service I have received. They have even fit me in with no notice when I popped a tire just down the street. Prices are fair. Ive never felt like they were taking advantage of me though Im not very handy or knowledgeable about automotives.

We had a rotor and pad totally go bad about a year after they were installed. Made an appt, started the process on time and within a couple hours we left with those items being replaced at no charge to us. They honored their guarantee. We were very happy!

Beyond helpful. Manager and team did everything in their capability to fix our warranty issues. They went out their way to help and I would recommend them for any car maintenance.

We were traveling through and needed some front end work done - - - we thought. We made an appointment. These folks test drove and looked over our rig and let us know we were OK to carry on our summer trip safely. When we went to pay they let us know that the service they provided was without charge. I dont know if they will always keep this policy so please dont give them a hard time for free inspections! We interacted with 4 people in the business and all of them were really solid upstanding people. I wish we had this shop at home.

I was just in town for a day and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my motorhome. No other place in town said they could handle it. They got me in first thing in the morning and I was out in less than an hour. Good service!

Service was slow... and thats not the bad part. I had brake work done here on my mazda in August. We had a rattling noise since and just recently the brakes ceased up heading home from a grocery run to Page. We had to call a family member to assist. Hes a mechanic. He towed us and looked at the car the next day. 1 bolt from each side of the caliper brackets were missing. Probably the rattling noise. Anyway, because we had a family member look at it, four states denied us on having them look at the damage to new rotors and pads. Never going back, unless they make it right.

Ive had a number of bad experiences here, but they used to be the only game in town. It was a big relief when Big O came to town.Update: I read through some recent reviews, and it looks like these guys are doing a better job of taking care of their customers these days. I hope so. My experience with them is probably a decade old now. Some competition probably did them a world of good.

I’ve scheduled an allignment for 1 pm they said I should be here 12 so thy can balance my tires too since I told it’s shaking in eccellerationI was there 10 mins early dropped the car came back one and half hour later my car was still parked at the same spot and when I asked if it’ll be finished by 2pm as they told me! The tall skinny blond guy with the glasses said “sir all tire services first come first serve” suck my first come maybe I let you serve after! Piece!

I am female, aged 64 and was traveling alone, passing through Cortez Colorado. I was driving a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. As luck? had it, I noticed tire pressure indicator light just as I approached and saw GOODYEAR sign. THANKS to the entire professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly staff. It quickly became evident to me that safety is their ultimate team goal. Unlike other inspections performed recently (by other establishments on this vehicles LR rim) FOUR STATES TIRE & SERVICE would not let me drive off until, I think, they could say Id let my children ride in this vehicle . Sappy possibly but very true. Thanks again guys!

I was on a lengthy road trip when I needed some work done immediately or Id have been stranded. The closest place I could find was Goodyear in Cortez, CO, so I limped my truck over to their shop. They understood my situation, worked on diagnosing the problem and then worked on solving it so that I could continue on my way. They listened and helped. Thanks to them I wasn’t stranded and was able to successfully finish my road trip. I appreciate them helping out a stranger, me, from out of town. I was very pleased with the outcome.

They got us in when no one else would and got it done fast, actually fixed it for less than we thought it would be and didnt overcharge very happy about the service.

Took my Jeep in for new tires. Good price on the tires, but they wanted to sell me hundreds of dollars of repairs for new ball joints. I had recently had the ball joints replaced and they were new. I would not recommend.

Ive dealt with them for 25 years. They do a great job just need a bigger place so the waits not so long.

The incompetent technician and service writer in Cortez tried telling me we needed an engine in our 1999 Tahoe when I took it in for a No Fire complaint. All that we needed was a new distributor... I took it to them since I dont have the nice expensive computer to hook it up to in order to set the timing correctly. Needless to say, I took it down the street to someone else that had it going again within a couple of hours.

The staff is very friendly and professional and they do quality work.

Do not even bother visiting or becoming a customer! Visit Farmington company. Took 2.5 hours to place on new tires, guys sitting around and talking. Wasted too much time shooting breeze and being LAZY. The guy at desk could not figure out two different cards for check out. Not impressed with service. Guys in Farmington had us done in 1 hour with minimal staff.

I had my wife take our truck in for a oil change and told her to mention that after buying 4 new tires that while driving at 50 to 65 miles an hour when I have to use the brakes the front end shakes badly they told her it was a bad ball joint and a tie rod which you replace and charged us over 786 dollars for the work only to get the truck back with the same problem which leads me to believe you did a poor job of diagnose of the problem or because she was a women and didnt know any better you took advantage of her when in fact the problem was in the brakes and now that you have asked why I am unhappy what does 4 state tire propose to fix the problem other than say we are sorry you are not happy with the service we provided
