This place is not 24 hours. I have tried twice in the last month and the doors are locked from 3:30am until 8am. Please list you hours correctly. This really screwed me up.Also, on the large capacity washer, there is no hot water. If you pay the EXTRA money for the hot water, NO water goes into the machine.

The only 24 hour laundromat in Marin. Extremely grateful for that. Has everything you need to get the job done.

Not open 24hrs to the public. Doors locked - although there are clearly people inside washing, but it is not crowded. I have come by twice (11pm and 5am). I was really in need of a 24hr laundromat and I drove a long way. I was very disappointed with the false advertising.

This place has the convenience of being open 24 hours and is always clean I can depend on their machines unlike most other places in the county.

I went on miday on a weekend .and was quite busy,had to wait for machines to open up(as i was doing multiple loads)and one of the dryers ate 2.00 in quarters.😑not a bad experience,otherwise.

I live in San Rafael but drive all the way over here! Its a hidden gem of cleanliness and price!

I love the machines at this laundromat and the fact that they are open 24 hours, however, their change machine took my money without giving me any change, I left a note for them to contact me and I STILL have not heard back from anyone.... And that was over 2 months ago.

They should fix the dryers almost all do not work. You put the coins and it does not give the minutes and for worse they do not heat up, I never go back to wash clothes there

This place us great because it is open 24/7. So i dont have to be around other people. I can go at 2:00 am if i want.

This Laundromat advertises that they are a 24/7 Laundromat but on multiple occasions I’ve came and they are closed. There has never been any set hours that the laundry service closes it, it’s all random. They should post set hours that it will close for these services.

The washers were fine but not the dryers.

They arerude and uncaring when we arrived the doors were open and lightswereon and we started v we started unloading and she said aid were not open until 10 we had to load backup our our dying grandmas laundry

Park Madera Shopping Center is located in a nice area, and it was a bad wake up that all nice is gone, when you enter the Wash Tub Laundromat, which I visited Sunday afternoon; and this is the only excuse for the overuse, i assume that more people washed over the weekend with less attention.The floor was incredible filthy and when looking between the gap of 2 machines it was clear, that this was not dirt from a weekend, there was a lot piled up.When you enter the laundromat, the eye goes immediately to the broken machines stacked to the right, covered in dust, and blocking the way to the detergent dispenser.Both change machines were out of order.The seating area was occupied by a family with three children gaming, and there was not more place to share.4 of the dryers did not work, and there was more broken machinery in the back.I do not understand how the place got 5 star ratings, but maybe there are special days and there was a time when it was a great place, i hope, this time comes back. Till then... no more visits.

You want to wash your clothes in hot water? Forget it. They will charge you for it though. No hot water. Place gets pretty filthy too. Wouldn’t recommend.

Good working machines and the place is always clean. Very convenient to use too.

Great location. Easy parking. A bit pricey but its the area of town. Everything you need to wash and dry your laundry.

Things still smelled dirty, stains not removed, drying was unnerving... it would have gotten one star but another laundromat ruined my clothes so its not as bad in comparison. Still a waste of time and money though.

Big plus for being open with working wifi. Clothes came out clean and dry for $4.50. No sink. No toilet. Vending machine sold out of half of the supplies.

Love this place the machines are always working they have free Wi-Fi , open 24/7 and the police dont bother you as long as youre not doing anything stupid... its a great place. There coin machine actually took $20 from me once but I got the money back in the mail within a week, it was great and thank you guys very very much!

USE to be great! But now, the washers are ALWAYS dirty, and even though I select HOT, its always cold! So dont bother paying for hot water cause you wont get what you paid for! And forget about getting a refund!

Hello, my name is Rosa A,My comment about this laundry place and its comveniences to my favor, the first thing that gives me the opportunity to do my laundry after is working hours since it is the only one that is open all night, since during the day I work and in My area is the closest to home and safe in the area even after midnight. As a citizen of this area, I would not like them to close because, like others, it is difficult for us to drive to other places and that they close early !!!
