Traveling across Texas and my car wouldn’t start after stopping for lunch. Leo and Kyle helped me get the right battery for my car and helped me change it. They were absolutely amazing!!

They were incredibly kind. They assured me of the options I had regarding an issue with my car. The staff allowed me to borrow tools to work on my car in their parking lot. I am lucky to have been broken down at such an amazing store.

Not the best place to go unless a certain person is working. If she isnt then not friendly service by other managers and not very helpful. Ordered a part from there and the manager said he would order and I can pay when I pick up. Went up the next day and he tells me he never ordered it because I was supposed to pay first. Never admitted he was wrong so I went to orileys.

I been a loyal customer and should have been given 5 star but lately my parts are not the same or are different I understand aftermarket replicate the original but every dimension should be as equal to the the original partI lost almost 2 hours to find my part because AutoZone sole me the part but later was not the same and in the system said they dont carry it but they sold me the part while I gave all the information they need including VIN number

Convient Auto Parts Store in Corsicana.Has a lot of Parts on hand and most the time can oder with next day or 2 delivery.However, I find their prices are really high on most of their products. Competive in the Industry on Auto Parts. Things I have bought there are mostly like alternators, starters, fuel pumps, spark plugs, rotor buttons, distributor caps, fuel filters, flex plate and some transmission parts.I continue to do business with Auto Zone as I have done for many years.Have a look for yourself.Some knowledgeable staff and a few not so 🙄🤔.Really high on the price of oil products.Walmart is cheaper.

We were traveling to the coast for a mini family vacation. We broke down right past Corsicana at a rest stop on I45. We called for a part, the part was not in stock so we thought we were out of luck. BUT the entire staff went above and beyond their job to deliver alternative supplies that we needed so we could get back n the road home. Shout out to this store and their staff for great customer service,,,,,and thank you Dustin for delivering to a stranded family in need!

I cannot begin to express the gratitude for the service these guys provided me. Jan 4, 2021, Monday night the serpentine belt shredded and flew off my MDX about 5 miles outside Corsicana on my way back to Rockwall, Tx. With all my friends and family being over an hour away, and most places to possibly get a replacement belt about to close, I called this Autozone hoping for a miracle. These guys raised the bar that night to help my situation. They contacted a local mobil mechanic , got the part to me, belt on and I was on the road..not to mention they had to come out twice because I (eeeek )told the wrong year vehicle ( what?!) .. anyway, LEO AND BLAKE (AND PETE the mobil mechanic) were awesome at helping me out that night. Not to mention great pricing!! I will talk about that night for many years all because of LEO AND BLAKE @ AUTOZONE CORSICANA!!!!

Check on a battery for my Mercedes the clerk was extremely helpful but the line was really long but once I got to ask about the battery he took his time to explain what I needed to do thanks for all your help oh I got to say the clerk even changed the windshield whipe what good service he gave us I wished I got his name hes worth a shout-out sorry Ill make sure to get it next time

This is a good AutoZone location. The staff that was there is very friendly and serviceable. I needed to get a battery check they had no problems dropping what they were doing to test my battery. theyre ended up not being any issues with my battery at the time and I did not feel any pressure to where they tried to sell me on any other items or to try to get me to buy another battery.

Spoke with a young lady named Amber. Very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me. She was commercial but I needed help inside the store and she came running. I had a battery issue and she ran to the door to open it for me because it was so heavy and I am old. She held the door open and took the battery. She had to leave me a couple of times as she ran to answer her phone. But every time she came right back. She helped me to find out that I had a bad alternator. She charged my battery for me and gave me prices for a new alternator. I didnt have the money so she told me she would price match if I found it cheaper. When I go back I will go back to the girl named amber with the pink pigtails. I am forever grateful for her help. Thank you autozone for having such great employees

Checked the codes that turned on my check engine light. Told me that 2 of my O2 sensors were the reason for the light. They gave me a print-out of the 3 tests ran and information about the parts needed.Thank you for your help and patience!

Stopped by to replace a part under warranty. Was being helped by the Manager by rhe name of Hugo. He couldnt find the previously bought part so I had to buy another one. Drove home to install to realize he sold me the wrong part. Had to drive back the 15 miles to the store to change the part. Luckily CSR Ramon was available to help me. He quickly found the original part plus the one that was sold earlier. Got my part under warranty and my refund! Too bad tonight was his last day. As for the manager hes the one who needs to go!

Its the store we prefer to go to in town. Weve run into only one issue with this location, and that was when I ordered an idler pulley for my car, and was told that I could pay for it when it arrived. I also ordered an alternator. When I come in the next day (when I was told itd be there), they have no record of my order for the idler pulley and no idea what I was talking about. We had to help them find the idler pulley in their system to even be able to understand what we were ordering, and then we were told that it was a pay up front order...so because we didnt pay at the time of placing the order, the parts pulling division tossed our order out and never bothered to fill it. Additionally, they couldnt find our alternator and told us that it was likely given away to another customer. The alternator ordered belong to a car that wasnt very common, especially in our area. So I found it hard to believe that within a single day, someone else with the very same model of car as mine asked for an alternator and was given mine. LOL! After some time, they searched the back and eventually found my alternator. They were looking in the wrong place, is what the problem was. *sigh* Since Id already given them the core alternator, I was ready to be done and go, so I could order the idler pulley from online myself. But instead of finishing up my check-out, she left to go look around in the back to see if she could find an idler pulley in stock for me. We already knew they wouldt have one, and I was needing to leave as it was, because I was late getting my husband from work. Plus I was a bit miffed at them failing to tell me my order would be dumped without up front payment, otherwise Id have just paid for it up front. After waiting for 20 minutes and her never coming back up front, I just left and took my alternator with me. I already had the receipt and it was all settled. But I would have rather of been able to be polite enough to say Never mind! Ive got to go now. Oh well...Other than this one big good, really..the place has been reliable and helpful for us. The staff has been nothing but kind and professional to us, even during the mess up with my order. Mostly, it was just that my husband was annoyed by the mess up, since it delayed him with fixing my car a few more days.

I called in the morning to order a belt tensioner the lady I talked to was really nice I had to pay for it up front they said it would be there at 5 that didnt happen then they say 8:30 well that didnt happen either the whole time Im stranded in Texas with my 10 year old daughter I call the next morning and the gu I talk to is rude as hell and I asked him if he could call the wear house to make. Sure it was on the truck this time he said Ill call ya if it comes in and hung up.im very disappointed
