D&H quick in n out. Check in n out yourself at kiosk. Everything works automatically.

Felt the place was very secure, had to be confirmed for entry just to make a lunch delivery. Every door and gate I came to was under surveillance and had a seperate person confirming my entry just to get to a small lobby with metal detectors and security tag gates. Really felt like they understand the need to protect their employees and facility. Never had an employee of this center complain to me about their work environment, and in food deliveries, I hear it a lot of this.

They are close Saturdays afternoon till Monday 4am. The trailer was supposed to be dropped for only 48 to 72 hours... Ive been here for 4 days and still have not got MY trailer back. 1st and last time I do a drop trailer... I will never do another Kohls load 😡On the bright side Almas barbecue spot 👌👍💯

Very, very spacious parking lot, the Kiosk was easy for information, once I got a hang of the touch screen.

The kiosks to sign in and out made things simple, but, it was not clear upon entering what space I was supposed to drop my trailer in. The map showed 2 areas but upon checking out I learned that there was a designated spot that was supposedly assigned when I checked in, but I was unaware of this.

This place was like any other DC once you enter the gate.However,its high-tech if you get there in the middle of the night.Its a 24hours DC and the guard is a kiosk!So be prepared if you havent used a computer to check yourself in and out before...theres a lot of reading and understanding.There is a phone attached to the kiosk if things go badly for you...lol..outs connected to someone in a building monitoring the kioskBe patient with it and be open to change.I had to reenter ALL of my information about 3 times before I gained access.No overnight parking or facilities to use at night.

Dont ever drop a loaded trl to get mty.You will never get it back when they day!!
