The man I talked to was very uncaring & very rude about a family stuck on the side of the freeway.. saying that he couldn’t get down to where they were until daylight. Saying that the family shouldn’t be traveling at night & in this type of weather! Saying I didn’t know where this family was, etc. I have been up & down I-45 so many times; I could drive it in my sleep. Then they must not be much of a wrecker company if that is the case! That is what your beacon lights are for. Do NOT get stuck out there and do not call this company! They’ll leave you stranded!

Bad communicators and bad service. Brought my car in on Thursday and they told me itll be done on Friday. They close at 5 and never got a call from them ON Friday. I had to call them 10 minutes before they called and they said 2 different parts were ordered and both of them were broken, plus the guy working on my car left for Houston therefor it wouldnt be done till Monday. They said they would call me in 10 minutes to see if they can get someone to stay late to work. Never called, so I called them AGAIN at 6 and they said no one will work on my car. I live in Houston so I couldnt go to work and had to drive back to pick up my vehicle (5 hour trip). I lost money between rental and calling into work because I was under the impression it would done. Pleaded with them to work on my 1200 bill but they stated they were more focused on the company losing money rather than the customer. Plus when my car was picked up they slammed my keys on the table saying here you go and walked away. I know I sound like an irate customer, but I was very calm... I didnt even yell at them.. Rude. This is coming from a guy that works retail and is very chill and understanding.

Sunday morning, no less, but K&S was wonderful! Came right up to help us out. Sweet office lady was so kind. I’ll never use another towing company. Thanks so much.

Gentleman in call was nice about picking up vehicle anytime over the weekend. Got there Monday and the rude women of officeville were there. Find someone else to do own your car, not to have yo deal with them.

We had one of our disabled (lost wheel/damaged axle) trucks towed into their shop by another local service late one evening. The next day, a young woman scolded me because of the way the wrecker left. The following day it took us 1-1/2 hours to unloaded the truck with them using a wrecker to hold up our damaged truck. They were going to charge us a higher cost until the owner stepped in a few days later and knocked it down to something reasonable. They sat on the truck for five days before we received a quote and when I called to question two items one quote, I was told to take it or leave it, and I had to decide within five minutes if I wanted them to perform the repair. The woman was rude (Not Debra), and I eventually ended up talking with the owner who seemed very reasonable. We made an appointment the next day to finalize the repairs/issues, and he was called out. I left word for him to call me and I did not receive a phone call that day. The next day was Thanksgiving, and then we finally touched base the day after. The sticking point was the owner refused to install a used axle that we located because of his reasons. I spoke to three different mechanics, including the one that repaired the truck, and no one had an issue with that. The owner said I didn’t need to replace the axle when that contradicted what his mechanic and my mechanics said. That was a deal breaker, and I was forced to have it towed to the shop that eventually fixed it, and that cost me another $600.00. If they do a tow for you, I am sure they can do it, but I would go elsewhere on your repairs. I would run if any of the office personnel attempt to intimidate you or threaten you with the owner. I didn’t get the last part because I thought the owner was somewhat reasonable except the axle issue. I was going to rate 1 star, but the owner and Debra brought it back to 2.

Had trouble finding the place but after a phone call to the owners personal cell an hour and a half before they opened, he gave good directions. Service crew jumped right on a trailer blown tire and busted tail lights right away. All the employees I met were personable and friendly and the price was fair for the work done. Thanks Kenny for all the help and fast service. Time is money for a truck driver.

Horrible customer service.

Asked for a federal inspection on our truck and lady in front office told her guy to do the wrong one. When she charged us the wrong price we questioned her about the price and she said that state inspections have always been that price. We told her we didnt ask for a state inspection, we asked for a federal inspection. So she had her guy go do the correct one and yet charged us for both!!! She refused to waive the charge for thw first one even though she knew it was her fault. Then she wanted to get rude about it like we were bothering her.

Guy was real douche bag about letting me in my own car after he towed it. Insinuated himself into my personal business claiming need for my medication not my need to for my wallet that was left in the car leaving me penniless in the middle of a four hour trip, not my legal right to access was only reason I was granted the piveledge of retreiving any of my personal belongings from my vehicle. Humiliated me on their inventory of what was in my car needlessly making an already bad situation evsn worse. Was rude judgemental and dismissive as if what ended up being an almost 700$ bill that I paid for a ten minute tow and a parking spot in your yard that left me replacing not one but two tires wasnt worth your kindness or discretion... Just one more indignity in Navarro county. God save me from ever visiting again.
