A tech came this morning and disconnected my service. Why, because he had a work order to disconnect as I had moved out of my apartment. I met him outside and told him that he had a wrong address. So he assured me he would restore the connection in 30 seconds. It didn’t happen. I work from home on contract basis and I have lost whole day of my pay. Will it be restored tomorrow, only god knows. Monopoly rules.

We have had run around trying to talk to someone to get service. Our internet has been down for 3 days. It says to enter phone number and even though we have an account they do not recognize our phone number. If we try to get our account number we are given an account number that they don’t recognize. Because we pay online we don’t know our account number. Totally frustrating and would like to talk to a real person instead of their crazy automated service or chats that haven’t been helpful. They recommend phone numbers that have been disconnected.

There needs to be a negative star...Century Link is quite possibly the WORST internet provider on planet Earth. Their customer service is disturbingly terrible and leaves you more frustrated than where you began. We have lived all over the country and by FAR Century Link has been the worst internet provider we have experienced.

My modem broke and CenturyLink refuses to replace their equipment

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. first off, they disconnected my internet for a speed upgrade without telling me. I was forced to go through 4 different people to find out why my internet was turned off; took over a week before it was turned back on. Then they sent me a new modem, I returned the old modem. a month later I had a charge of $150 for the modem because they said they didnt receive it. had to call, again to 3-4 different people, and give them the routing info that says they received it. Then after moving and requesting a transfer of services, I had two no call no shows for the transfer service, leaving me without internet service for over 2 weeks. Terrible communication and customer service for mediocre speeds and equipment. Glad that I switched to a different ISP. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I paid my bill in august 8/19/2020 but they decided to charge me 113 dollars bc there saying we never paid our bill but we did so how is this possible?!?

Century link is the worse internet provider ever. Cuts in and out and overall very unreliable.
