Took my front seats there and was initially impressed. They were completed within a couple of weeks and I was happy with the outcome. Took them my back seats in March of 2020 and paid $200 upfront. Its now March of 2021, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, and the company mailbox is full, so you cant even leave a message. Im now out $200, and essentially just gave them my back seat. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. They just need to close down their shop. This is a poorly run business

These guys were seemingly good at first. They initially took longer than promised with my armrest, but no big deal. I was understanding to their situation.A couple of days after I received my finished armrest, it began to come apart. There are also some staples or something poking out that Ive cut myself with on a couple of occasions. Again, not a big deal to me. I called and Kathy told me that Jerry would be there to work on it in the next couple of days. We scheduled a time for me to take my armrest back in. I was given a call on the scheduled day to tell me that Jerry would not be in the work on the armrest. This is what I was told when there was a delay for the initial work. Once again, not a huge deal. Kathy actually kept in contact with me for awhile letting me know time and time again that Jerry was either not going to be in or had to work on another project. These excuses went on for days, then weeks, and now months. Kathy has now stopped returning my phones calls all together. I have no idea why this would be as Ive been completely calm and reasonable about the entire situation. I just want my armrest fixed. I paid $85 to have my armrest replaced so the work needs to be finished correctly.

Amazing craftsmanship at Bear Nut. The employees are efficient, friendly and met my deadline ahead of time. My vintage 911 Porsche is as fine inside as outside.

Worst upholstery job Ive ever seen. Had some boat cusions reupholstered and they just used white upholstery spray paint on one of the panels instead of actual upholstery. Very disappointing, will not recommend to anyone.

Have a 19 year old Dodge truck with the leather seam on the drivers seat that opened up (started as a half inch and grew to 4+ inches). They did a nice job of matching the leather (a bit lighter but the truck was bought in 1998). They replaced more of the leather than originally discussed and the cost was less than originally discussed. Very happy with the repair and good for another 19 years of sliding in and out of the drivers seat.

I went to Bear Nut Upholstery to have a couple of small dog claw marks fixed on my vinyl door panel. Instead of making it better, they made it worse because they didn’t have the pattern to match it. They said they would fix it free of charge, but they just had to order the pattern. I have called and left numerous voicemails and also tried messaging them and they no longer respond. Here is proof of the lack of responses. Also, I have no voicemails from them. Please do not use this business.

What an outstanding small business. They dropped me off at my office and picked me up. Could not be happier with the quality of work! Perfect new front leather seats in my 1997 Lexus Lx450. Ready for another 20 years of use.A+++++Jerry and Cathy are a winning combination. I highly recommend this outfit.

We couldnt be happier with the upholstery Bear Nut installed in our 2011 Subaru Outback. We wanted to get leather and keep the car another 10 years. Wow! With these seats the car looks brand new. We live in Santa Fe and the owner was really helpful taking us to and from the train. The installation was done professionally in one day using leather designed specifically for our car from RoadWire.

They said they would return my phone call and never did. They did seem like a good staff. I do have to update this post. After I posted my review, I did receive a message from one of the staff if they could resolve my problem and would be willing to work with me. You rarely get that type of service. I’m upgrading this facility to a four. Ore businesses need personnel like that.

Nice guys, took care of my Mercedes car upholstery quick and alot more economically than I thought it would be. I highly recommend! Now they are working on my second car, a 1982 pickup. Cant wait to see the finished product! They are putting in custom covers cheaper than I could by from auto zone and install myself!

I needed a new headliner in my 2002 Xterra, the old one was falling down. Took it to the crew over at Bear Nut Upholstery and they did a great job! Not only does my interior look like new again, but Kathy even gave me a ride back and forth from my house, awesome! :-)
