I was wanting to purchase a trash compactor that we have been renting for quite some time and Carrie really helped out in getting the process done. She would call me updating me of the current status letting me know that I was not forgotten. Thank you Carrie!

I found a company with a cheaper trash pick up and wanted to go with them but CC Disposal informed me I was on a 5 year contract that when it expired it rolls into another 5 year contract. I asked multiple times to see the contract which took them weeks to email to me. I have never heard of a business who rolls over a contract for an extended 5 years. So I found out I could get out of my contract and pay 6 months liquidated damages. (One lady at the office told me I couldnt get out of my contract at all.) My account is set up on automated payments. I asked Nori if they would take the money out on the automated system which she informed me that they would not. She sent me a projected bill which clearly states that This is only an estimate and may not reflect what is actually charged at the time of the billing. So I call and spoke to a gentleman since Nori was off that day. He told me that they will send me another bill. I asked again if they would take it out of the auto payment online which I was told NO. I never received a bill so I called again since the end of the month was nearing and I didnt want to pay for another month of service. Nori told me to send a check which I sent certified mail for the projected amount on Monday June 28, 2021. It arrived June 30, 2021 Then on the first of the month I got notification that they they automatically took out payment of the liquidated charges. I immediately called July 2, 2021 to let them know that the bill was paid and not to deposit the check. I left message for Nori since she had not arrived to work yet. The check was deposited and went through my account July 7, 2021. I tried to call back to inquire as to why but of course the company was closed due to weather. So I emailed the company to have someone call me back. Nori called back the following day July 9, 2021 and sweetly said they they would reimburse me for the over payment but IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! What makes me the maddest is that if Nori and the other staff knew their jobs I would not be out of almost $2,000 dollars that could go toward another bill. This whole situation was a fiasco and small businesses like mine dont have thousands of dollars sitting around. It took 2 months of calls to finally get out of this contract. Beware of the small print and good luck if you decide to do business with this company.

The first time I called I couldnt get a quote or a return phone call from anyone but the individual who i spoke with was no longer working there. I called back again and spoke to Laura she was great she was quick to get someone to help me to establish pick up service and helped me on setting up my account. Thank you Laura for your help!

I have to call them every few months because they miss picking up our dumpster. Then it takes them a couple days to get the dumpster picked up. if they miss picking up our dumpster because they have truck maintenance problems they should contact us and let us know they will be there the next day to pick it up. We dont hear from them and nothing gets done unless I call them. This is unsat and very poor customer service. I will say that the ladies I talk to when I call are very pleasant and understanding. I just wish they would be more reliable.

Great People Great Company! They have an unbelievable coverage area and provide the best prices for garbage collection and dumpster rentals! I will never call another company whenever I need a dumpster for any of my job sites

I am Christian. I like the fact that the garbage man came out of the truck to help me lift trash. Thanks for helping me get a 100 lb. bag of trash off the ground.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I mean come on all you have to do is pick up my trash. This Canadian Company is a joke. I have a small apartment complex and i flip house on the side to make up for extra income. So i use the regular trash service at my apartment and the big box when i flip house for sheetrock carpet etc.My apartment complex is constantly getting missed on Fridays, so i get calls from my tenants all weekend asking me what to do with my trash. So i call your office no answer on Saturday. I call my sales person no answer as well. Come Monday i get a call back regarding the 2 voicemails i left over Saturday and Sunday and you tell me oh i am sorry our truck broke down. I understanding missing my trash day once or twice a year because a broke down truck but 6 times in the matter of 2 months, buy a new dam truck. I can even show my apartments to new tenants because i have trash every where. Then you tell me i need to increase service so when i look into it my sales person presents me with a 5 year contract. I became a little frustrated with this so i called the GM and he has to be the biggest bump on a log known to man, 20 minutes of my life wasted because he apparently doesnt care about the consumer of his product. So the moral of the story is beware they dont pick up trash they just charge you like they do.
