We picked up a 6x12 trailer that we are using for our move across the country and this location was great! Kristi and Hector were both very friendly and answered all of the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Arrived and asked more details about contract. Manager John was very rude. He did not explain anything about the contract. Asked for business card twice, he ignore the question. Wished they were more customer friendly.

We have used this location twice and the lady can be rude. Last time we rented a truck we reserved weeks in advance when we arrived to pick up truck we didn’t get our 2 dozen moving pads because they didn’t have any for awhile. It would of been nice to know that before pick up.

This was the worst experience ever. We made the reservation a month ahead of time for a specific location. The day of the move we are told that we have to go to the other side of Corpus because our reservation was for that location. We had the confermation email with the correct location. The confermation number we had was changed and did not match our confermation. Then the manager tried to argue semantics with me about how we did not already pay despite the fact that the money was removed from my account. Go to a different rental company if you can. These places are horrible.

Horrible experience! $100 down payment. Only gave $10 back out of a $60 purchase. Somehow the 15ft uhaul was more expensive than the 25 ft. Said I wasted gas. The gas is still on full. These guys need to get there act together. This is not how you run a business.

This location deserves less than one star. Customer service was nonexistent. I asked for help with boxes and employees had no knowledge of the products available. I was told to “just look at what is out on the floor already”. Furthermore, employees would not print me a paper receipt for my purchase.

Very poor customer service. This location has the laziest male personnel. Dylin Garcia and Ethan were no help. They were watching the clock and ran to the back as customers were needing assistance. I witnessed Ethan quickly leave the return area 5 minutes before 5 pm while a customer awaited to return a rental. Then Ethan tells the customer that he couldnt accept the rental after 5 pm. The customer was clearly within the time for return. As the customer proceeds to go in to ask for assistance, Dylin sees the customer approach and turns off the light while the customer is in the building. Customer asks for help in returning the rental, Dylin continues with I cant help you, the store is closed in addition, adds nobody else has issues returning but you, I cant help you its five oclock, go to the website

Pay attention to who makes your Transactions and if its applied to your accoun. Been harassed and was charged late fees because they lost my cash payment. Apparently its not in the system. I no longer live in Corpus and cant argue or deal with this so just had to eat some more money.be Cautios folks

Horrible customer service! The man in the front (don’t know his name, had a cast thing on his leg) was incredibly rude! He made us feel like our questions were dumb, and offered zero assistance. Also scolded me for accidentally forgetting my mask, which I do wear everywhere! The other lady looked absolutely miserable and complained about something with the company in front of us. Terrible customer service, this uhaul location needs to re-evaluate their employees!

This location owes my $510 for a contract that they billed me for incorrectly. Good luck getting a hold of someone at this location via phone and if you get a hold of anyone they have no idea what to do and will have a ‘manager’ call back later. Anyone want to guess how many times I’ve gotten a call back? It has been 3 weeks. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Rent from a different location or even better Rent else where!!!!!!!

KRISTI IS TERRIBLE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH HER HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL. We had a truck and tow dolly reservation. But scheduled to pick up the truck Saturday and the tow dolly Sunday. We picked up the truck and everything was good, was scheduled to pick up the tow dolly the next day at a different location.(we were told this by KRISTI) Sunday morning when I was looking up where the tow dolly location was, that specific location was CLOSED!! And we had to have someone help up hook up the tow dolly. I went into panic mode, called the uhaul reservation line and they said there was one available at the location we picked up the truck from.. When we went back to this location KRISTI TOLD US, that the tow dolly they had was down and that.. if we dont have one available theres nothing we can do about that. AFTER THE WEEKEND THAT WE HAD AND WHEN SHE TOLD US THAT I WANTED TO COME UNGLUED ON HER. BUT I DIDNT. she needs to have a lesson in how to speak to customers. Completely unacceptable.

I am a disabled veteran and said disabilities prevent me from wearing certain PPE. I let the person behind the counter know I have a medical condition and was refused service. I have used trailers from this location all of which had electrical issues one even shorted out a fuse on my truck and disabled all of my lights. I will never use Uhaul equipment again

Uhaul charges you gas based off of an estimate which is not real gas reading. Very disappointed that you can be charged off of an estimate with no accurate accountability. I would call this a deceptive trade practice that Uhaul approves as standard procedure. I will definitely not be a return customer and would not recommend this establishment.

Im just so upset ....customer service below average..credit card charged twice ..overdraft fees by my bank now and the hold uhaul put on my money wont be released for 3 to 5 days..and take a picture of the gas gauge when you return it cause the will rob u ..I didnt take a picture so I got charged an extra 5.6 gallons...very pist..

This company posts inaccurate account information on their online portal. They will then charge late fees if you calculate your rental payment off of their incorrect data. When I called to complain the manager stated I should just come in to pay my bill and avoid confusion. This location advertises online unit management but fails to uphold their promises. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

We rented a van from them and left our forearm lifting straps in the back when we returned it. We 100% know they were in there because I made the comment on the way to take the van back that we needed to get them out of the back (while I was looking at them). We returned the van close to 7pm when they closed. By the time we got home we realized we had left the straps. My wife called first thing in the morning at 7am and was promised a return phone call. We never heard back, so we emailed and called them again and kept getting sent to their call center. So I drove across town to talk to someone in person and they said the van wasn’t here anymore and that they didn’t find anything. I told them they 100% were there and for them to find the van and check again. No one wanted to help any further so I asked for a manager. The manager never came to help. He was just sitting on the computer and I had to physically go to him to get him to talk to me. While I was there he called the repair place for the van and asked them to check again but refused to speak to me further. Their employees either mistook our straps for their own or stole them. And the refused to rectify this issue.

My husband had a car trailer reserved for 3/30/19 and was supposed to pick up by 10:00 am. He was there by 9 and was told the nearest one was in Gregory. We came from Taft and driving all the way to Spid where is was supposed to be then all the way back to Gregory. For his trouble, they gave him a whole $10.off. Hell, it cost more in gas than that. By the way, they had his phone number but of course, didnt find it necessary to let him know. Idiots.

This is denice green. if I could possibly give 0 stars that is what this location and company would get. I changed debit cards and forgot to update the automatic deduction with this location and was charged a late fee. I spoke with customer service and they stated they would have the location call me to waive the fee. No one ever called. I called customer service again yesterday and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on when I told them I had a complaint. I have rented two storage units for over a year. Have rented several moving trucks and numerous trailers throughout a year. I paid for climate control on both units which was 200.00 per month(which I was never late) and it never was cool in the huge area where they had only one ptac cooling the whole place. I was told that if my animatronics melted my insurance would have to cover it unless I wanted to buy U Haul insurance. I have paid out a lot of money for it to be semi cool and to have horrible customer service. I will come to pick up my things out of the last storage in a Penske truck never to do business with U Haul ever again. I did mention to your management in corpus SPID so you would be willing to lose thousands of dollars in business over 30 some odd dollars? Of course he stated that they (I am assuming corporate) wouldnt let them adjust that they were getting real strict about such things afterall I was late plus there was no option for a discount etc etc. #1 rule never blame the customer #2 never blame corporate and #3 take ownership and fix the issue so you dont get these kinds of reviews.I guess U Haul makes so much money that thousands of dollars and never to do business with U Haul again doesnt even effect them. Well, word of mouth and negative reviews can change all of that. You need to overhaul your customer service team or do some extreme training. However, I am a firm believer that you cannot teach customer service skills so maybe you should be looking for those employees who actually have those skills. Your young people at this location are nice and as accommodating as they can be but your management could take some lessons from the U Haul management in San Angelo Texas on Abe street. Never to do business with you again !!!

Not Helpful at all. the fat jaba the hut looking general manager gives attitude when you ask simple questions. Didnt have my dolly or blankets that i ordered with the pick up. WORST UHAUL PLACE IVE EVER USED.

If you value your possessions and your life, please consider another equipment moving service. We rented a trucked yesterday to make a 2 hour move to another city, and we were given a truck with a severe break issue. The break fluid leaked out of the truck, and the breaks were completely useless afterwards. Had my passenger not noticed the issue before we left a stop, there’s no telling what could have happened. The people answering the phones were shockingly careless about the situation as well. Extremely unhappy with the service, will not be using this company moving forward.

If you need a hitch install go to Flanagans muffler on Port. Three appointments for them to do it and nothing but dissatisfaction. If you value your time and customer service, go somewhere else. If you dont mind being told what they think you want to hear to get you away from the service desk, go there.

Love the new DIY rental app but the hints and guide did not match the location and I had to catch the eye of the staff on two occasions in order to complete obtaining the vehicle and then returning the vehicle.

Twice now have not had a good experience with this location. Im quite convinced the first time was just issues with uHaul not guaranteeing reservations in general... But went in to get a few boxes the other day and I was clearly struggling taking the items up to checkout and then out to my car. The staff just sat on their phones and didnt offer to help. I waited for a while for checkout. Giving two stars instead of one because one of the employees did go and get me scissors when I needed help opening some straps (that I had to go back in and buy because my box wouldnt fit in the car)... Again no one offered to help they just watched me struggle. Thanks uHaul...always a pleasure. /s

Rude to me the second I walked in. They wanted to charge me more than the rate I was guaranteed and then were indignant when I refused to pay it. Eventually they HAD to give me the correct rate - after I called the main company to prove I had been promised that. If I had any other choice I would go somewhere else. DO NOT go to this location. The employees at the one on Kostoryz are much nicer.

Very shady business. I rented a U-Haul for a week and what turned out to be a $700 rental rang up to be a $1,300 rental. They nit-picked everything from gas to location to mileage. I paid $120 to rent furniture blankets. I went to this location twice and it took 30 minutes each time to see a customer agent. I have never seen such a poorly run location. In the future I will skip this location all together and rent a Budget moving van.

They tell you your truck is ready but you gotta go chase the truck across town. I pay for 24 hrs but they dont want to prorate or work with me. Only get the truck for 12 hrs. Theyll skim as much money they can

The only outside access storage units are not really outside access, all it means is that their is a sliding door, with a hallway leading to your unit. Had unit less than a month and my lock was cut by accident by I was never called.
