This was my 1st time doing my Income and never will i do it with this service ever again! It has been a week that my status says “sent” which it should be faxed to their office and the manager Tenika has not been any helpful! I text her to ask in a friendly manner, if she can kindly check when she has time to see if any checks faxed in and she never responds. When i call her, she even ignores my calls. What an unprofessional way to treat your customers/clients! Thank you Tenika for your extremely poor service!
