When I moved in to my house there was a CC Disposal dumpster already there...so I called them and switched the service into my name and figured since it was already there why would I change. Well it was stupid thinking on my part that they would actually continue to pick up there!! In the first month they only picked the trash up once....then they finally realized that I actually would like it to be picked up weekly...they did good for 2 weeks...then changed the pick up time without notice to 6:30am...before I could put my trash out! So in 2 months I only received 4 pick ups! THEN...Ill admit it...Another stupid move on my part...I called them to pick up the bulk trash. Made a 7:30am appointment and to my surprise they didnt show up...one person said the truck broke down and another said they were behind because of the holiday. Then finally someone of authority called to remedy the situation...he knew what he was doing and was going to fix everything!! The bulk trash was going to be picked up by close of business on Thursday..and I quote: if he had to get out there in a suit and tie and sling the trash himself. Got home Thursday night and guess what? Trash still there! But wait...the dispatcher told him they did it! So they must have! Well they didnt and now they say a regular truck cant pick that up and they need to bring a roll off...double the price...No thank you! I guess I just never realized how difficult this kind of business is to operate! So guess what CC Disposal...you wont ever have to deal with this B*$#@ again!
