Feel kinda cheated, (more ways then one) but brought in a electric wheel chair to sell and gave me $200 and said thats all it was worth. Then found out later it goes for $3,000 used

*****BE AWARE*****Never have we experienced such poor customer service, full of lies and deceit, than this time with this place. They sounded really nice over the phone, so we went with STEVES SCOOTERS. We dropped off our scooter for a diagnostic check with two batteries in the battery pack. We called 2 days later to get an update and were told that it might be the toggle switch and if it were , HE would take one off from another customers scooter that probably wouldnt want to pay the 300 dollars to fix his. But he still hadnt taken a look at ours. So, later the same day , HE calls us to say that it was our batteries that were bad and that it would be 300 dollars for the job. We told him thats was too much for US at this time and would pay the diagnostic fee and would be picking up the scooter in the morning. The next morning my husband goes to the shop, they are eager to load the scooter onto the trailer with him, and he leaves. I called him and told him to make sure the batteries are in our scooter and sure enough, they were not !! He called them asking about our batteries and they stated they keep them for cores.. For what??? You didnt buy any batteries!! You tried batteries from your shop to see if that was the problem. After much debate, my husband went back and picked up our batteries. The following day we purchase two new batteries for 1/6 the price and find out that all the screws to the batteries are missing !! What a headache this place turned out to be.. We might be physically disabled but our mental faculties are 100% intact. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

This place is amazing. They fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. More than fair price. Glad I found them.

Have been a customer for several years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. If its a wheelchair, walker, or scooter, Steve can fix it or replace it.

If you need assistance with motorized wheelchairs or anything involving handicapped needs, dont go see these people. Ive never actually used their products or svcs, but I work real close by and have seen these guys with clients outside... they take care of people who have cash w/o questions, only. Rude is the best way to describe the people that work in this dangerous neighborhood.. I do NOT recommend this store for anyone truly seeking help.
