We’ve been using Fox Pest control for 6 years now, and we have received great service. Lately we’ve had some more activity with pesky ants in the house. Jacob R. was our Service Tech that came out and treated our home promptly and professionally. It’s always good to know that these guys can make extra treatments in between scheduled treatments throughout the year ( at no charge). Keep it up Fox!

Fox Pest Control is great. They always do a great job and are attentive and vigilant with any special needs, requests, and/or changes to be taken care of during the service. The 2 services inside and outside at the beginning with quarterly service, just being outside, has made a complete turnaround in pests bothering our property. The service is effective, friendly, and all around a great deal. And the service has had no adverse effect on my (dog and cat) or my neighbors animals (ducks, chickens, and dogs). If you are paying to much with someone else and are less than satisfied then switch to Fox.

Didn’t get the name of the gentleman who first approached my door asking if I was interested in their services for pest control but he was very helpful and so descriptive with everything that I didn’t really have to ask many questions!Kristi did the pest control treatment in and outside my home and she did amazing, was Super Friendly and Gave great details on the process of what she did! She made sure she was careful with my children inside and with my dog along w our pool outside and I really liked that. Took time to even conversate with my kiddos and I. Was just really great vibes and service all around. Definitely recommend their services!!

Fox Pest Control is great with communication and keeps in touch with the homeowner regularly, lets you know ahead of time what day they are coming to provide service, and gives you lots of options and time to reschedule, even on the day of service with no penalty. I was with Fox pest control for a year. They are good for maintaining the house. I switched to some other pest controls but the only issue was that I couldn’t find anyone that would call me to remind about the upcoming service, call to check if I needed anything taken care of in between service, they also call to inform about limited time mosquito services that they have. Their products and technician are pet friendly which is a plus.

Andrew M. did a great job explaining the different options and understanding that I didnt want to use certain things due to my concern for domestic and wild animals that might be affected. He was polite, courteous and called ahead of time as I requested so I could secure my pets.He knew his stuff and was knowledgeable about the products offered.

Fox Pest Control mosquito service is great and very effective. We have used them throughout this season and noticed a sharp drop in mosquitos around our house and yard. Kristi did a great job in our latest round of treatments - very professional and enthusiastic!

We just had our first service done with this amazing company, throughout everything, they have been very professional, Kristi did our treatment inside and out and did a phenomenal job! Tate was the representative that set us up and was very professional and answered all my questions!! All around great choice!

Jacob came out and did a yard treatment for the mosquitoes that have been terrorizing us, he was informative with the process, very thorough, and quite punctual (he was actually super early 🙌🏼🙌🏼). After treating for the mosquitoes he went around the house again to check our eaves to see if there were any bee/wasp/hornet nests as there had been some that was previously taken down. This past week we had our most recent visit from Fox Pest Control. It was by far the best visit we’ve had. Tyler was personable and listened to our concerns. He did a thorough job. I hope it is possible to request him as our specific technician for all future visits.

We’ve used many different pest control services over the years but Fox Pest Control has by far been the best.We’ve been using them for several years & have no complaints. Our technician, Jacob, is friendly courteous, reliable, thorough, & has great communication. During covid we’ve been having them just do the outside perimeter & have not seen any bugs, if we do they are dead, which says a lot living in S. TX! What we really like about Fox Pest control is they come out every 3 months regardless. They will even make extra trips in between if needed at no additional charge. Other companies would come out initially but then we’d have to remember to call them to schedule our quarterly appointments. Life gets busy & tine flies so it’s nice not to have to remember to call to schedule our quarterly visits. Fox automatically gives a reminder call letting us know when they will be in the area to service our home.We rarely see any bugs in or around our home & if we do they are dead which says a lot living in S. Tx. Very pleased with Fox Pest Control & highly recommend. Thank you, Jacob!

Nick came by today to treat our house and yard and did an excellent job. My toddler was napping while he worked in the bedroom and he moved around the room quietly as to not disturb him. He also alerted us to a couple of problem spots we were not aware of both inside and outside our home and discussed how he treated each one. Nick was very polite, thorough and professional. We are looking forward to many more positive interactions with Fox Pest Control.

All and all really good service, Jacob was the one who helped us out most recently. If there is one thing that I could see help improve their business, it might be to give a courtesy text or call before they arrive or a guestimate for when they will be showing up day of, but other than that they do quality work and do it at a quick pace!

We called fox pest and they sent someone out fast. our technician joe zambranc came out to spray for fleas in the backyard and i when i asked him to spray the storage shed as well, he didnt hesitate. he told me exactly what he was gonna do inside the house, garage, backyard, and around the house. he was very professional and asked if there was anything else he could help out with . he reassured us that if we had any issues, someone would come out with a quick phone call.

This was my first time using Fox Pest Control and they did not disappoint! They were easy and friendly to work with on the phone, I actually had to reschedule my first appointment and it was fast and painless to do so.Alick Garcia was my service guy, he sent me messages before he came over to make sure I was home and it was still a good time. He introduced him self and got started on the work. Ive had people come and spray my house before but theyve never done as thorough of a job as he did. Alick was friendly and chatted about what he was doing while spraying the house. When he was done he let me know what insects he found outside and that he got them taken care of. Ive never had a pest control company clear spiderwebs and hornet nests off my house before so that was super awesome!Alick got me scheduled for a two week check up and let me know that we will start seeing dead bugs a more often but it is perfectly normaln to do so. If youre on the fence about using Fox Pest Control, dont be, they do such a great job!

Very upset with the lack of response with this company. We had a large bee hive that needed to be treated so we could remove the hive from the wall. I called the company for three days straight and never could get anyone to answer the phone. it just kept ringing then disconnected. So we had to find another company to take care of the infestation. Now today i receive a bill for an inspection that never was reported to me. No game plan, no communication, no resolution. Would not recommend.EDIT-Company contacted me and canceled bill that was sent. Very much appreciated.
