I went to get a pedicure and the lady cut both sides of my nails as if I had a ingrown nail , which I don’t . My nail started bleeding and it hurt very bad . This has not been my 1st pedicure and I haven’t felt pain like this before. I didn’t say anything because I figured it would be okay the next day . My toe was sore for 3 weeks and this picture was taken today 4 weeks later. When I called and talked to the “ manager” she only mentioned about her lawyer. I don’t understand what the point of a lawyer was , a simple sorry and a refund would have been enough for me .

Cindy is so sweet,she did my lashes beautifully.. recommending the Medium size because I wear glasses. 10/10I believe John was his name saw a picture of the nails I wanted and recreated these natural claws!! Super friendly,also 10/10.

I came in as soon as they opened on Sunday and I was not disappointed! My pedicure was phenomenal, and they did my nails exactly how I wanted them! Will definitely be going back!

I am truly satisfied with this nails salon. The staff is extremely friendly. I am in love with my 3d nails and toes. They did exactly what I asked for, even though it was a little complicated. Everything came out extremely good. I work as a sales person at Mike Shaw Toyota and I am going to make sure that all my friends, customers, and coworkers know about this place.

Always go to get my nails done here and they havent disappointed. Theyll gladly fix a flaw and are very particular the way they do my nails, which is a plus. Good service and prices.. I highly recommend them.

This is our FAVORITE place to get our nails done! The gel here stays on my toes for three to four weeks at a time! Everywhere else it only lasts 7 to 10 days. They give a great massage, always remember us even though we only come in once a month, and are extremely kind and polite.

Im giving Chloe Nails a 4/5. The service I received earlier as far as customer service goes was great, but the quality of the job done on my nails was not so good. I called around 820 tonight to inform the manager about my grievance and she asked me to come in even though they were closed. I arrived about 845 and after she took a look at my nails understood why I was a bit upset. She immediately stopped what she was doing and sat me down to fix the previous technicians work. I am very grateful for Michelle at this Salon and I think that I will return thanks for her understanding and wonderful customer service!

The brochure they have is false. I asked for the $18 manicure and the gentleman said it was only available for kids. However, no where does it say on the brochure it’s only for kids. They should know that is called false advertisement. In addition to this horrific experience, my nails look so bad I’m ashamed and embarrassed to say I got them done. It literally looks like I did them myself and I can say I’m not an expert on doing nails. Please make sure to check the prices before they start the process to avoid getting overcharged.

Love this place 🤩🤩🤩. The cleanliness they have an on site autoclave, havent seen one in any other shop I have visited. Their also very friendly and did an awesome job. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This place is stealing Sabina Salon’s customers!!! I had set an appointment for a wax online and there of course is a cancellation/no show fee due to Sabina Salon being a great place and making sure you know it is professionally done. I went into Chloe’s Nails and showed them my reservation and asked if i was at the right place.....they told me yes, I was at the right place and the lady would be right with me. So I proceed to get my wax done and pay for it, to only get an email saying I did not go to my appointment so there is an instant charge to my card because I was not at my appointment. This is not cool. Chloe nail’s and spa not only took someone else’s business but caused me to pay more than double the amount i would have in the first place. They could have easily told me no ma’am its to the left a little more and this could have been prevented. Please please please don’t let this happen to you.

I took my mom and my 2 sisters over there for pedicure & full set. The staffs were super friendly and they did such amazing jobs. Will definitely come back.

So wife was excited for some girl time with a friend and pamper themselves after hard day at work. Im glad I am one of those dads that cooks. They took 3.5 hours, service was crap, and is upset that she has to go to Walgreens and get different color because it looks like crap. Sorry baby, you deserve better service and final product to be worth your hard earn money.

First time here and it was amazing and fast. John did my nails and they have never looked better!

My Sister in law and myself made an appointment prior to showing up. They didnt even hardly acknowledge us. Sister in law had came in and showed what she wanted days before arriving and said they would charge 35 dollars for nails and design. Then after finishing the nails they said there were 50 dollars. Just my nails alone took 2 hours (new set and one color, no design). Very unhappy and Ill definitely not return.

Great service but really expensive. But you get what you pay for and they do awesome work

These people are the rudest people ever worst customer service and to top it off acting like they are Sabina Salon I had an appointment at Sabina Salon today and I mistakenly went in here chloe nails asked for the person that I was scheduled with and acted like they were that person how much lower can they actually go that is so unprofessianl I found out I was at the wrong place because they called me from my appointment that I had missed and I said I was there and thats the only way I found out. PLEASE PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFULE AT THE TIME OF GOING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THEY ARE VERY SNEAKY WILL DO ANYTHING JUST TO MAKE THE SERVICE AND USE OTHER SALONS PUBLICITY

The two ladies that did our pedicures were very disrespectful and rude. They acted imature and very unprofessional. I used to go here all the time and then it changed management and I thought it was better ,so I invited a friend. Turns out I was wrong. I was beyond embarassed. They make fun of the kind of shoes you wear , they leave the water burning hot, and they dont make you feel relaxed. Never going back! I have 2 kids and a husband and I just want to enjoy my hour of free time that I only get once every 2 months or so, to relax and enjoy,but this place did the exact opposite of that. Dont be fooled by their big 25% off sign out front.

Alyssa Ann Im sorry to hear that and it really sux just so you know this is not the 1st time they do that its been numerous times and different services people have gone there gotten ayelash extentions thinking they were getting actual individual eyelash extensions and they applied cluster lashes for the price if real individual extensions they are stealing from people when they do that because they are charging more than $200 on a service that on their menu costs about $35-$40😡😡😡😡😡😡
