My first conversation was with Amanda..She was super helpful and just a sweet as can be! She arranged all my appoints and consultations for me and my friend. Olivia is my person and takes very good care of me from the moment I arrive until well....my next appointment. She checks in with you for a status after your visit and reminds you before your next appointment. Besides all that she is super sweet! Love these girls wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend if you have any unwanted hairs

Would have been a 5 star but I ended up moving and not able to go through with treatment and 4hey were really acting like they didnt want to refund me.... even though I never received treatment and the refund policy said refunds are based upon treatment NOT recieved... that was dumb. But if Im ever in the corpus area again I wouldnt use this company just because of the inconvenience of my refund...

Karen is literally the best! Every time I went in for a laser hair removal session she had so much patience with me since I would have to stop my session to ice the area I was getting lasered! She never once made me feel that I would take too many breaks or that I was annoying or frustrating her. She is also super nice and sweet, NEVER a boring session with her! :)

I had a Groupon for $99 for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Not one person said I owed money. I had completed 1 session when all of a sudden I am being told that they recently completed an audit and that I owe $41 from 1/7/2011. I show all payments received thereafter and I would have never been allowed treatment if that was not paid. I don’t believe that I owed any money. I can’t verify with my bank since they only provide records going back 7 years! They are now refusing my other 5 sessions that I paid for upfront until I pay $41 for a supposedly invoice that I owe over 11 years ago! Hmmm yeah I don’t believe I owe them any money or I would have been billed or invoiced for it. Someone needs to investigate this business ethics. I walked out since there is no proof I owe them anything. Do not do business with them. The owner is obviously unethical.

I bought the groupon for laser hair removal and then purchased another $1000 package up front. My skin reacted very badly to the treatment and I could only take 2 of the 6 paid for treatments. I requested a refund over 6 months ago and still have not received any refund. I have called many times and spoken with someone that says it will get delivered to the owner but still nothing. I definitely would NOT recommend paying up front for ANY services. Based on the lack of response to me I would not recommend them at all.

Make you feel at home and like family! Went from nervous to becoming excited to go and have a treatment. Plus it really works, and there is little recovery time, depending on the area and individual person of course.

They take your money up-front in a package so that they dont have to honor any level of quality. At American Laser Med Spa they feel the customer is always wrong, they will spend much time arguing with all the bad reviews on google but will not stand behind their services and make it right with the customer.

I started my first treatment in December 2015 after taking advantage of one of the great packages available. I was a little nervous at first but the consultation was very helpful. All of the staff is very friendly. My technician, Crystal, is kind, knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Great place! Been going here for about 2+ years now for laser hair removal. Staff is very understanding, especially with my constant rescheduling (sorry Leah!). It is a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but the staff really try to make you comfortable. Also, it helps that you stay with one technician during the series of treatments which is comforting. I had enjoyed going here until about 3 months ago. On my last visit, nothing out of the ordinary, i got my laser hair removal done in the usual spots but noticed that it burned a lot more than usual. I shrugged it off until a week later when I started to see dark burn spots on my face. I called them and asked if that was normal, they asked me to send them pictures and so I immediately took pictures and sent them. I did not return for two months or so but was still getting money taken out of my account. They did mention to use bleaching cream to reduce the burning spots but I was not about to put bleaching cream on my face when this was not my fault in the first place, I was not about to damage my face even more. I was contacted by the customer service respresentative who assured me that my situation would be taken care of and that this would not stay this way, she promised to call me the next day. That was about a month ago and I never heard from her again. What I think is unfair is that they are still taking my money even though I will never go back so Im basically paying them for burning my face. Also I have been going for about a year and a half and still have a good amount of hair growth in those areas. I was willing to let it go until I saw my face this morning and realized how bad it still is 4 months later. I will be visiting a dermatologist this week to get an expert opinion on the burns and see where we will go from there.

Ive personally had a great experience at American Laser Med Spa, they work with your schedule and keep a friendly affect when a change of scheduling is necessary. I have had monthly Ultrasonic facials over a period of about two years and can definitely see the difference in the clogged pores and general clarity. I’ve also had the series of Microneedling and have been very pleased with the gradual diminishing of fine lines and increased firmness.

The treatment did not work for me at all. I went for laser on my underarms, and a year later I still have to shave my underarms every day. The hair is not as thick as before, but I would say I got at best a 50% reduction in hair. Aside from even the money, considering the multiple trips to the center, rearranging my work schedule, and the overall time invested, this process was a huge waste of time and very disappointing. During subsequent visits when I mentioned it not working, they would say they were turning up the laser to the maximum authorized setting, but still, it did not work effectively.I compare this to when I got laser for my bikini area a couple years before at a different treatment center, one located within my doctors office--this other center used a different type of machine and it was 100% effective for me. I have zero hair in that area and its been incredible. That treatment at my doctors office cost more and was more painful, but bottom line, it worked. If youre going to invest the time for hair removal, do it right. Research your options and do not choose the cheapest one just because its on groupon or some bargain site. American Laser Center was a huge disappointment to me due to their inferior quality of treatment, and I do not recommend it.

Crystal was very knowledgeable and patient as it took me a minute to pull up the required information. I was in and out within 35 minutes and that was for a consultation and my first laser removal treatment on the underarms. I am content with the staff service and cant wait to see the end results.

I would have put no Stars but Im not given the option. I have two more sessions of the ultrasonic facial and hope to receive a better facial in the future since I have to come two more times. I have watched countless of reviews on these facials through YouTube and felt that I received a mediocre facial if you can even call it mediocre. Water sprayed on my face followed by coconut oil? If it weren’t for Groupon, I’d be upset to pay $140 but luckily I paid $51for 3... worth it? You bet not. Not relaxing and not what I thought... can’t wait until these two are up. Terrible terrible terrible.
