Carlos came to my rescue. Bought a bucket truck last week on Craigslist and the controls went out. He got me back on my feet and back in business within 24 hours. Can’t say thanks enough to Bell Equipment for treating me like my problem was their problem. Didn’t have to sale one of my kidneys either. Price was negotiated for the service call and for the repairs prior to them getting started. The price was more than fair I believe especially for getting to me so quickly and getting me back on the road so promptly.
