I called Above and Beyond last minute when my mom was in the hospital, I wanted to get her house cleaned before she arrived home. Renee worked with me (as I don’t live in town) to get a much needed deep clean of my parent’s house. They were on time, communicated well and most importantly did a fantastic job on a very dirty house and even sent me pics afterwards. It was such a blessing to my mom! Would highly recommend

Rene and her team did a great job. I own a car wash business and attention to detail is very important to me. What impressed me the most is that Rena insisted on a walk through. Most cleaning services I have used give you the bill and off they go. She made sure everything was good before she left without me even asking. Really took pride in their work which is hard to find.

Hello i used to work for this company above n beyond cleaning service n I just wanted to infor everybody that this company is no good at all so I Recommend no one to hire this company to do your home or your business cause she is really a messed up person n everyone that the boss lady Rena hires they are bad people to cause they are either on drugs or they are Thieves so watch out with this company. I also got proof that there was drugs on the job sites that a client found in her home .i as an old employee I would not recommend this company to no one she is no good n one of her clients at a home said that Rena the owner look like she on drugs to.

We hired this company to do a end of lease make ready on a house we were renting in Southside. They came in like gang busters and immediately went to work. Rene the owner knew we had a time and budget restriction and was able to work with us on both. Highly recommend.

I used this companys online appointment creator and received a confirmation (online and email) of cleaning appointment for today at 2:00 pm. At 2:10 pm I called in and spoke with them about my appointment. The person that was in charge of my appointment was suppose to call me back, and she did. She let me know that they were running behind schedule but that they should be here really soon. Her exact words were, My crew is right around the corner. It is now 3:53 and no one has arrived also, because it is past schedule time, I cant cancel my appointment without calling in. When I called in they said that they were at a location but not mine and they did not get enough information? I didnt understand the statement since I had spoken with the second person that seemed to not ask questions about information that she might be missing. So, I just cancelled the appointment all together. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism of this company.UPDATE:The company contacted me and came at my next available time. They were friendly and did a good job. I updated my rating to reflect this.

They are friendly and I continue to use their service monthly, with a detailed cleaning once a year. I recommend you give them a call.

Miss Renee and her crew are not only honest women when they say they are going to do something they will do it. There was a confusion amongts my sister and I about which package I asked for- with no hesitation nor price change these ladies did not have a problem with coming in and doing things i asked.I will recommend miss rene in the future and I will become a loyal customer of hers. Their prices are reasonable theyre honest christian women and they love and appreciate the military. Im a 100%disabledveteran and she gave me a military discount. Ive had Above and Beyond clean my house 3 times. The first time was a deep clean and the last two times were general cleanings.Im very happy with the service and the response time in talking with the owner. They try to be flexible to work with your schedule.Im very happy to finally fine a company that I trust to do a good job every time in my home.

Use extreme Caution when using this cleaning service company . I personally feel they cheat on the amount of work performed and the hours worked. be very careful of your valuables and the owner will abuse your phone number and email and make you feel in harms way. I do not recommend for anyone, anywhere. It has proved to me a nightmare for me and I did not hire them, my relocation hired them and they did not provide the services promised but then present a what appears to me to be a false billing statement and the owner will not leave me alone.

I think one of the biggest concerns when hiring people to help in the home is having strangers in amongst your personal things which is why I chose to write this review. During a detailed cleaning of our home one of the ladies accidentally broke our ridiculously overpriced trash can. Im sure she just lifted it wrong and didnt even realize the hinge had broken. When I call Rena the next morning she drove straight to the store to have a new one ordered within the hour, no questions asked. So if thats not professional service I dont know what is. Not to mention the quality of the work.... We scheduled a detail cleaning for my husbands allergies and they left my house sparkling and allergy free. Best of all the ladies were professional, courteous, and FAST.

The girls come in and in no time at all my house is back in order
