Simply the best place i can go for my hot tub needs. Wade and Molly are real down to earth people that explain what i need in my services without making me feel incompetent. Prices are fair across the industry or cheaper. Service and techs are top quality. Will not go anywhere else.

I understand that we have to pay in full prior to servicing, but not getting a courtesy call at least to let us know their ETA, we had to call several times just to find out, what a disappointment. I hope they understand that customers have other important things to do other than waiting. I could have gone to work if they had called me that the technician will show up at 3:30 pm. They need to implement a better communication system!

Excellent service. Tested my salt cell for my pool and it wasnt working. They were able to replace it under warranty even though I had bought it from someone else! Also tested my pool water and gave me clear direction on what I need to do. Couldnt be happier. Will be using them for all my pool issues from now on.

Ive had two great experiences with Wade and his company. The first time he found an issue with my Dolphin brand pool robot that was causing the motor to burn out. It was a small manufacturing defect that he identified and replaced at little cost. The second time he fixed my Salt Cell Generator again at little cost to me. The responsiveness of his team has been fantastic. I highly recommend Wade in the Water for any pool needs!

The folks at Wade in The Water have been absolutely great to work with. They installed a new pump and natural gas heater on our pool, and it’s been fantastic. Wade has the heart of a teacher and takes his time teaching you about all of the controls and the important components of the new systems.I had given up getting our pool light to work, but not Wade in the Water. They installed a new LED light and it’s awesome.Oh yes, their pool cleaning services are fantastic as well. We own a house on the Island and mainly visit on the weekends. They make sure that the pool looks great by the time we arrive on Fridays.I would highly recommend Wade in The Water for just about anything related to a pool or spa.They go the extra distance to make sure you are happy!

I talked to wade this morning at my home I had called his office to get an estimate on some issues I had. Very professional and wouldnt hesitate to hire his company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Very poor quality service provided for my pool. Took 3 phone calls to get in touch with owner and they respond only through the email. Service male who did my job was fired, but i still ended up paying full price for horrible service and was billed for extra chemicals and extra pumice stones used. I asked about some discount for poor quality job, but was ignored and they never responded back. Never in my life i had such horrible experience.

Horrible company , they bill instead of submitting warranty work. They break pieces off your equipment and dont replace. They are terrible about responding to an issue. They ignore customers. Terrible company to do business with. I know from personal experience.

They were terrible!! We hired them to clean the tile around our pool, and recieved a quote for $198.00 after they recieved our pool pics. A pool tech came and scrubed 2 feet of the tile for 20 minutes then left and came back 35 minutes later and said he went to Home Depot and bought a sprayer that he filled with acid.... Well he had already sprayed all of our pool tiles with the acid by then and burned the tiles white!!! Un believable!!! After we called Wade In The Water Pool & Spa to advice them of what was happening; the pool tech left with out saying anything and no one at the office would call us back!!!! They even charged us twice for 2 spray bottles and Pumis stones that the tech took with him!....We recieved the bill in the mail and paid it, but we will never ever use this company again!! Un professional Conduct!

So pleased with Wade in the Water here on the Island! They are so great to answer all of my questions, and always free water testing. When I did have an issue with the pool, they explained the problem, explained the solution and were here on time every day for the repair/treatment of the pool. We have been using Wade In The Water Pool Service for just about a year now and we are very pleased with the weekly pool service. They come every Thursday at about the same time, which is good because then I know when to bring in our dogs so they won’t bother the guy. In addition to the weekly pool service, we have had them fix several different things that have gone wrong- all done well and in a timely manner. I have never had a problem getting someone on the phone when I have questions about something and when I do have questions, they’re answered by someone who knows what they’re talking about. All in all, a fine company with knowledgeable and helpful owners and staff. We are exceptionally pleased. Thank you for making our pool maintenance simple and stress free.

Misplaced my work order but after discovering the mistake promptly came out and inspected my pump and filter and got it running. Unlike a bad experience I had with another company who did work without an estimate and prior approval, provided a invoice and estimate for additional work for my approval.

I do not recommend Wade in the water for resurfacing and grouting your pool. The grout is cracking all around my pool and also there are chucks of grout falling into the pool. I noticed this problem a couple of months after the pool was redone. I have tried several times to have him/them fix the problem. I will be more then happy to delete this comment if they will fix the problem.
