Beware! Mr. Moreno past a home I purchased as good. He did not do a full inspection he failed to inspect the left exterior brick wall of my home, which had numerous cracks, he noted there was over jacking. Which affected the structure of my home. My home has flooded numerous times and deadly toxic mold was discovered . My health and my familys health has been affected by it severly. My home is now concideredhazardous and unhabitable.
