We were very pleased with my mom Luisa Garcia services received on June 30,2021. Everyone was very professional during our very difficult time and we really appreciate that our every request has been met thus far. We at the time we’re told we could order a bench for our our mother to rest there along with other family members. The only thing I have to say is that currently now we are being told we cannot have a bench ordered even though we told we could and we were provided all of the information pricing and selections and also we selected the location we wanted the bench placed. Now I am awaiting a call back from Ana Gonzalez because she now tells me this has to be approved by someone higher than her. A gentleman named john. I am awaiting a call from her and have stressed to her our deep desire to have this bench ordered since we had been looking forward to this and had already been told it would not be a problem.. I as well stressed the importance making this situation right since this was something we were told would not be a problem. This place is a joke. I have called for 3 weeks, no one is ever available, and no one ever calls back. Thanks Anna, but I called minutes after your post and again the next day - no one can find you and you don’t respond to messages I leave for you.Follow up - Anna and I connected and she made all the difference - thank you! Each time I visit family members graves, I notice how beautiful the grounds are kept. Anytime there has been an issue to address (one or two times) the staff has been helpful and friendly.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. My grandmother’s service was held there today. I had to fly in from out of town so I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered the day before the service. When we arrived for the viewing, the arrangement was not there. It was however on the list of deliveries. After 20 minutes of them trying to figure out where it was, I was informed that it had been given to the service for someone else the day before, and it was now at their gravesite. So they called the florist to replace it. We got a vase of flowers instead of a stand of flowers that I had originally ordered. The programs had to be reprinted due to my grandmother’s date of birth being incorrect, as well as two misspelling’s of family members names. I asked for a reimbursement for my flowers being given to ANOTHER PERSON and delivered to a different service, they refused to do that since they sent a vase of flowers instead, which showed up AFTER the service was over. REALLY NOT HAPPY!!!

My mother was buried in January, 2021. To this day her grave site has not been filled with dirt and her marker is still not ready. We continue to get the run around. You can see the coffin and hole is deep and very dangerous. My siblings and I have called weekly and to this day there has been any action taken. I have not received a call back. My mother prepaid for her services and her grave marker is still not ready.Very unprofessional and insensitive of Memory Gardens.Update: 06/21/2021Just received notification that my mother’s headstone was lost. It took over six months to notify us. This was prepaid and personalized by my mother. Today’s call wanted us to go in and redesign the preordered headstone. Wow! Attended my aunts funeral services this morning. And what disappointment. Funeral director forgot the rest of the crucifix to our cousins. You would think they would be more professional but NOT!!! Even yesterday for the rosary as we are mourning my aunt they were barely placing the casket spray. Poor experience

I have noticed the lack of care to the bronze stones not just my parents site. Memory Gardens is a perpetual site. I went to the office and to speak to the Supervisor of the so called perpetual. The Supervisor was not available. The receptionist called my Repasentative for my Funeral arrangements. She said only the Military Grave Stones were cleaned and that Memory Gardens had not kept the cleaning due to torrential rains and flooding. All the vases were empty due to the rain and wind.The cleaning was not what I expected. I was disheartened. I went there yesterday with cleaning supplies. My helper was able to bring up the letters of my Fathers side of the bronze stone. I was truly saddened that my Mothers bronze stone didnt clean as my Fothers. We will go back to Memory Gardens and try to do extensive cleaning on her bronze stone.

Would never recomend this place to anyone. We had to deal with them because my parents had pre paid years in advance. They called on the day of my fathers services to say his coffin hadnt arrived. Lucky for them it arrived 2 hours before the service. They lost paperwork and wouldnt release my fathers stone. They wanted my mother who has dimentia to leave the house and do the paperwork all over again during COVID. Its going on a year and his stone has yet to be placed on his grave site. Every time we call to speak to someone to ask why it hasnt been done they keep giving us the runaround. Save your money and go to another funeral home who will treat their clients with the respect tbey deserve.

During this trying time with Covid and then the weather, everyone stayed so professional and helped our family get through these three weeks it took to finally get my dad buried. They kept us up to date and kept everything moving forward even with all the challenges of Covid and then the ice storm in the middle of it all. Thank you for being so supportive.

My father is laid to rest at Dignity Memory Gardens - Corpus Christi. Its where my mom will be laid to rest in the future. I wanted to be sure that I would be laid to rest with my parents when my time comes. I wanted to relieve those I might leave behind of the stressful burden of having to make plans for my resting place. Mr. Gabriel Estrada helped me to preplan my funeral. He was professional, helpful and extremely patient in guiding me through each step while sticking to my budget. What I thought would be a difficult thing to plan for, Mr. Gabriel Estrada made planning easier than I had imagined. He helped me plan a special funeral for when my time comes and I am now blessed with the peace of mind knowing I will be laid to rest with my parents. Thank you Mr. Gabriel Estrada.

Am having a hard time getting ahold of someone to discuss why after 10 months and having paid for my sons vase, it still hasnt been delivered. I have not been able to take flowers to the cemetery during all this time. My son and niece are in the same crypt and she still doesnt have her name on the crypt after 6 months either. Really disappointed.

As of early July I encountered many hurdles attempting to purchase a headstone for my deceased mother from Memorial Park. Jennifer Noack from Memory Gardens was the one person who was able to accomplish this task in less than 8 hours to design and order my mothers headstone. I deeply appreciate her accomplishment in my critical time of need.I can not thank her enough.

I believe the memory garden cemetery needs someone working as a security to avoid theft.

Everyone was very helpful and took their time with me and my son while arranging my husband’s funeral. They are very professional and caring.

We recently lost our mother unexpectedly and had to deal with the shock of losing her and also dealing with having to plan the funeral service with the confines of COVID-19. Our funeral director was Taylor Clem and she was great! She helped us with every detail and made an unpleasant time in our lives as comforting as she could.

They assured us everything would be taken care of and our funeral arrangements would not be another thing to worry about. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free funeral home experience. The cemetery grounds were very clean and well-kept and maintained. It did not look disheveled or dirty at all.

It’s a very hard decision to pay for your own funeral arrangements but that’s my reasoning for my visit.. I don’t want my children to have to deal with this when my time comes. I want them to be able to grieve and rest assure that one last time their mommy had her love for them in mind all the time.. Richard was a great person for me to connect with in this situation. He was caring and even let me babble in my own personal struggles with this particular issue.. Death is not an easy conversation to have especially when it’s about ur own final resting day.. planning it is even harder.. Thank you Richard and Memorial gardens for assisting me and making me as comfortable as humanly possible in this situation.

Ms. Honeycutt the funeral director was very good with our family when it came to dealing with all the paperwork. Memory Gardens gave my dad a great funeral arrangements even with the covid-19 pandemic. I am so grateful and thankful to Mr. Gabriel Estrada of Memory Gardens for relieving me of the fear and stress that I have been going through for a long time about planning my funeral ahead of time. Due to his expertise and sympathetic nature, he helped me through it and I am now confident that my children will not have to grieve for me, while at the same time have to go through the stress of dealing with the expense, all the requirements and details of the funeral.

Memory Gardens is well taken care of. Always a nice place to vist. I appreciate how easy it is to find our loved ones and not have to worry about tall grass and old flowers blowing around. The cemetery supervisor and his helpers are always there to assist with any needs.

I loved how kind Homer was he was very helpful with picking my 3 month olds plot. He made sure I understood everything about the paperwork and even gave my son a protective cover for his casket which I am so thankful for. I am only 21 and this was my 2nd son so didnt have a lot of money and I was so afraid I wouldnt be able to put my baby to rest but he worked with me the best he could and I couldnt be more grateful for all of Homers help

Came from out of town to visit my parents resting place for Thanksgiving, and couldn’t stay more than five minutes because I couldn’t stand to look at the condition of my parents headstone and the ground around it. It looked like an abandoned old cemetery, it was in terrible shape! I called the funeral home today to complain , they said it would take about a week to fix and level my parents headstone, wow, forget about Thanksgiving, maybe I can try for Christmas. I have two other plots I bought there, and I’m gonna see if I can transfer or sell them, cause I’d hate to see what it will look like around there in twenty years, it probably will be abandoned..

I have made a report on my parents plot which the case is broken.Spoke with a staff member in office,she said if its broken we replace it,if its stolen we are held liable and cost is $100.Well its wasnt stolen...Just broke.No problem we will fix it ......That was in December 2016...And its still broke.Ive been back to office 4 times....And her response..We will get it fixed today.Think Im better off fixing it myself....Very disappointed
