I just bought this used QX56 yesterday evening. The Staff was pleasant to be with and extremely helpful. I knew what I wanted to look at and was greeted promptly without the feeling of an aggressive sales person. They valued my trade-in fairly and the price of the QX56 was just below fair market value. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle with an honest approach to customer care.

Smiley never cease to deliver. I took my Infiniti QX60 to this dealer in order to get my emergency brake fixed and have my safety inspection completed. He provided personalized service and always have a pleasing personality. He’s my go to person every time I book an appointment at the service shop.

We just purchased our 2nd infinity on Friday. We went from a Q50 to a Q60 turbo 2019. I loved my Q50 for so many reasons but the “Infinity experience” is the best!! Great customer service, all employees are always very courteous and personable. Sara the Service Manager is so wonderful and understanding, just remembering to reach back out to me is a good feeling that I was not forgotten.We had a situation with our Q50 the day after Christmas, we were on our way to San Antonio and the car started acting weird like it wanted to stall. So, I called Corpus Christi Infinity and I spoke with Sara she help us with all the questions we had at the time. She also directed us to the infinity in San Antonio which we went to as soon as we got there. Same Great customer service in San Antonio!!! We had to transfer our luggage from our car to the loaner they were lending us. Everyone there was so courteous and helpful from helping us load up our luggage to offering us a beverage and or snacks at the time. They fixed our vehicle in less than two days but we didn’t have to worry about anything.... Always remember to purchase that extended warranty .... that is always helpful!And these are some of the reasons why we decided to purchase our second Infinity.

Service was wonderful. Smiley met me with a smile and provided wonderful client service. I asked for a discount coupon and he said that there is one currently active which was applied to my bill. However, in fairness to your Infiniti competitors, when you visit their websites, they have tons of meaningful coupons in their adds that helps offset the service cost. I wish Ed Hicks would do the same but maybe limiting it due to lack of competition in the area. The customer lounge is kept clean but always lacking in snacks such as fresh fruits and fresh cookies. At 3:30 PM, there was one cookie left. The coffee selection was good though. When I got my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. Two of my complaints last time I visited for service which were addressed this time. So maybe this time, Infiniti would also like to address other areas that I’ve mentioned in order to increase client satisfaction at its best.

This is by far the best place to purchase a new vehicle. From the time I walked in to the time I left with brand new keys in hand I was treated like family. My experienced started with the sales manager Marco. He knew I had just come from another dealership who was unwilling to work with me. He didnt hesitate in guaranteeing me that I would get the car I wanted. And he didnt disappoint. A 2016 Q50 is what I got. The hospitality didnt stop there. Next was Jacob who took the time to show me how the electronics in the vehicle worked. He was patient with me and answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have seemed to him. He was really diligent in his part of my new car purchase. Finally there was Willie. He helped me sign and finalize all of the paperwork. He made it a quick and easy process. He made sure he covered every part of the contracts so that I was left with no questions or concerns. This is definitely the team to come and see if youre in the market for a new car. I know theyve definitely earned a loyal customer out of me. 5 stars is no where near enough for the family at Ed Hicks Infiniti.

Wonderful dealership, I was helped with Billy Joe Biberstein and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve brought cars in the past where I’ve felt like I was rushed and pushed around just to try getting a deal. Just walking into this dealership the experience was different. Everyone was friendly and I was greeted by Billy. He was very informative and treated my like family. Shortly after finding a vehicle of my liking, he was able to quickly get me into a Q50s without being rushed. For anyone looking for a brand new car, I would highly recommend this dealership and asking for Billy. Great feeling knowing I’ll be part of the Infiniti family. 👍🏼

Bait and hook at its best. Had an older Cadillac on their website and third party site. Drove 30 mins to the dealership after confirming appointment to buy car cash after test drive . Sales person confirmed appointment . Once there I was informed that the car has dead battery. Test drive would not be possible. Sales agent introduced me to the sales manager. We agreed that battery would be charged and I would come back the next day. After following up next day , sales agent Informed that after advertising the car for days on the internet and me showing serious interest to buy it , the car WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE ANYMORE. THEY NOW WOULD SELL IT AUCTION A FEW DAYS DOWN THE ROAD. Indeed an unprofessional approach. Would have expected a lot better from this dealership. 👎👎👎. Dealership followed up. Still did not get the vehicle, but they explained to me why...see their response

Dishonest. Had check engine light and decided to get it fix. Told me it was O2 censor paid over $400 to get it done after waiting over 2 hoursAfter a full day the light is back onJust took it back to get it fixed early this morning, after waiting close to an hour now you’re telling me it’s something else.I honestly wouldn’t have been upset if i was just told that from the beginning. But they never tell you till after you waste your money for no reason.Now you’re telling me the new part I need is over $700 and don’t have it in stock also will take 3 days to get it.But want to give me a car wash for paying over $400 when the car isn’t even dirty. How about give me my money back or at least half of it.It’s just sad this is what major dealerships have become today!Honestly dont service your Infiniti here unless it’s under total complete warranty because that’s the only way to garantee they aren’t stealing from you.unless you have tons of money to waste

I took my infinity in on 26 June 2017 for a 0800 appointment to have the gloss trim replaced under manufactures warranty. 3 days went by with absolutely no communications from the service department. I called and was blown off on the 3rd day, I waited 45 minutes still no call back so I went in only then was I called at which time I was standing in the lobby. The service advisor brought my car up and never once showed me what work was completed for me to inspect and verify the completion of work performed.When I got back-to my house I noticed the extremely poor quality of work performed there were air bubbles in the gloss trim the Chrome trim that was on the bottom half of the window had been separated from the door itself. I took the car back-to Ed Hicks infinity to show the Service advisor of the poor quality and to no air bubbles in the trim as well as the separation of the Chrome trim on the door we asked to speak to the service manager service manager refused to speak with us instead we were only provided with a rental car and we were told that the car Would-be repaired. It is now the 1st of July 2017 no updates were given as to the disposition of the car and work needing to be performed as well as parts being reordered excetera we called it Hicks and finity and asked as to the status of the car nobody has given us any information until we called then we were told the car had been moved offsite so that on professionals Could do the adequate work-and not screw it up which leads me to believe I read Hicks infinity employees not qualified and/or certified to do the work?Im top of that we were never even told who the sub contractor/shop the vehicle was taken to all we know is its at a South side shop.Do yourself A favor and do not go to Ed Hicks in finity save yourself the heartache hassle in trouble and just go to the infinity dealership in San Antonio because Ive seen nothing but poor customer-service poor workmanship over all experience nothing short of pathetic take your money and your patience and go elsewhere
