Nelly the receptionist brushed my non profit needs off and we were told that he did not do audits,but thats what he advertised.I was told business was good. I guess this justfies poor services. Would not recommend this to anyone!

So far so good. I did not know that our previous tax preparer was not a CPA. Im sure we lost money on paying taxes we didnt have to. And yes stop going to Wal-Mart to get taxes done. Raul was recommended to us by one of his customers a person I trust. So far all is good. Raul has given us direction. My head is not like bees buzzing inside. He is teaching us how to save on taxes. Legally!! in many ways we did not know. I dont know how he does it to answer all my phone calls and texts but he always does. Im glad we hired Raul Torres to work on our livelihood. $$. If I could give anything higher than 5 stars I would. This place has something most companies are lacking a whole lot of, customer service! My wife and I were treated very well coming right in the door. Also my wife and I felt that we were treated as if he had no other customers but us. Then as if that wasnt enough Mr. Torres got us way more on our tax return than ever before. He was also willing and able to give us insightful information about what we could do about our taxes and investments in the future. If Mr. Torres is not doing your taxes, you are giving money to the government. If Mr. Torres gets to read this, I would like to extend my sincerest thanks once again.
